It's simple enough to get the truck and return it but they made me pay for insurance I didn't want saying it was mandatory. I've rented at other locations and have never been told this so I submitted a customer complaint to Corporate and currently waiting on refund. I hope they change their business practices to not lie to their clients.
No me puedo quejar, buena atenciÃ³n, el vehiculo en buen estado y conveniente ubicaciÃ³n. Lo Ãºnico que no me pareciÃ³ bien fue que obligado hay que colocar el seguro al vehiculo cuando en la pagina para hacer la reservacion dice que no es obligatorio. De resto todo bien.
I don't think you need to improve keep the good work
The equipment i ordered wasn't in the truck when i picked up the truck. The truck was a disgusting mess inside and outside.
The gas station should make a point to have a separate line identification. There is no indication when you walk into the store to use a separate window from the service station customers. Otherwise the check out process went smoothly. The tech who hitched the trailer for me was very precise and checked his work with safety in mind.
The mile charges were INSANELY expensive and I was charged for a dolly I didnt receive I will never use uhaul again. I will find somewhere with unlimited miles included UPFRONT!
My reservation was for a 15' Truck to be picked up on Sunday, August 30, 2020, at 9:30 AM from G&B Standard Inc 190 SW 8th St Miami, FL 33130. Upon showing up at this Gas station location the lady at the facility asked me for the "Key Number" after I told her the confirmation number, I could not find any information on a "Key Number" in my confirmation emails or even when I logged into My Uhaul Account. While struggling to find the number she was asking for I was put on hold for over 40 minutes before getting disconnected from "Customer Service". At this point, I was an hour behind schedule and desperately needed a truck therefore I drove 15 mins to the Downtown Miami Uhaul Facility where I had hopes that I could have the problem solved. Unfortunately, the man at the desk did not know how to access the key number I was looking for, he told me that he was not "trained" to do this. My question to U-Haul is why do you put someone at the front desk interacting with customers that is under qualified and not properly trained? Additionally, he noted that the Uhaul Neighborhood facility in which I originally planned to get the truck from has nothing got to do with them. Furthermore, I was unable to rent a truck from the Downtown location as there were no trucks available (Only Pickup and Vans, which were not sufficient size). Then I demanded him to ask his supervisor/boss for assistance in resolving my issue; over the phone, the "manager" explained that the reason I could not pick up from my original reservation location is that they were closed on Sunday, August 30, 2020, if that were the case, why would Uhaul allow me to reserve in that location in the first place?! The manager then claimed that he would transfer my reservation to another location but they would have a larger truck available for the same price as my original reservation, this location was an additional 20 minute drive each way from my vicinity of the move which was from 201 SE 2ND AVE (My apartment) to 1103 Sw 3rd Ave, Miami, FL 33130 (My Storage). This whole ordeal cost me to lose my elevator allocated slot of 10 am-12 pm as I ended up showing up at the Unit at 11:45 am therefore had to wait till 2 pm for the next available elevator slot. This also cost me to compensate for the moving helpers' additional time!
I do not recommend this place to anyone because the employees at this place treat customers as if they are doing the customer a favor rather than providing customer service. But they are not courteous to customers they are despotic and disrespectful to the customer and they represent U-Haul and give a bad image to U-Haul.
Make the staff less rude, create a safe and efficient check in process, have more staff that can communicate in english
I files a complaint with UHaul about this rental. The atendant was by far the rudest I have ever encountered ever with U-Haul. The truck was without a dolly and the the interior smelled like dog shit. I had to wash out the entire inside of the cab and spray deodorant for fear that I would be blamed for the horrific odor upon the return of this truck. I would not recommend this location to anyone after the rude behavior mores on behalf of the female named MARAYAI. It would seem the woman has zero manners and is not fit to deal with customers.

Very easy, automated process. I like that I could submit photos so you can prove what the truck looked like before. This location checked me in and out with no delays and no problem. Thank you.
The hand truck I paid for was not brought out to me after waiting for over 20 minutes and I had to leave without it.
I was very satisfied, will rent from this location again.
In the midst of a pandemic where cleanliness is so important, the truck was filthy. Trash from previous renters in the truck, front left tire was low on air and staff was not helpful.
I got charged for equipment that was not available at the location I got my truck from.
Service at the window was good,but the truck cabin was dirty and smelly and the truck bed was open at delivery and wet.
Waited in line for 30 minutes in a tiny gas station where the area was so small that no one could socially distance. Uhaul rentals need to have a separate counter from other gas station purchases.
I was told the tank was full but when I checked it it was not full, 1/8 was missing.

Not try to overcharge them. I tried to return the truck through the App and it tried to charge me 5 dollars extra gas, when I clearly left the truck with more gas than when I picked it up. Incredible. Never thought I was going to be ripped off like that. 0 Stars for Until ! Pickup location was OK
They were very fast and took care of every furniture they moved. They organized everything very carefully in the truck. Very professional. I would recommend Edgar and his team to anybody!!
