I was charged $16 for SafeMove Insurance even though I did not select this coverage. There was also nowhere to park the truck upon return.

Uhaul trucks are safely locked behind a gate but were unable to be accessed until the location manager arrived an hour and a half after the start of the reservation. Vehicle key lockbox did not contain key, which must be retrieved from the manager. Gas station is nearby to fill up tank as needed. Drop-off was conducted around the corner at intersection rather than at gated parking area.

Why was I charged a cleaning fee for a unit that was not even cleaned to begin with. Bad customer service. I live 2 blocks away and only drove 3 miles I did not say yes to the safe move. But was charged to my credit card. This U-Haul location is no good. I will never go back to 149-12 97th ave.

The guy said a lot of nonsense. Told me if I don’t like you, you don’t get a fucking truck. Every time I ask him a question he answers and follows it by “ I don’t fucking care.” The location is hard to find, The adddess is different. it’s an auto glass that sells mattresses and beds and had a tiny u haul sign on the glass? If didn’t feel like a place if business at all.

the man attending was nice, but there were somethings I did not like. He didn't give me a paper contract, it came as an email, and there was no clear evidence of a registration or insurance for the truck I rented, but he said it was ok. I returned the truck yesterday and did not get a a receipt. He told me that the system was down and that he would email me the receipt in about 30 min. He never did. I called him this morning and he told me again that I would get the receipt in 30 min. I never got it. I need the receipt.

Danny and team are dependable, fair and friendly. The equipment is well maintained which is no surprise as they run an auto shop. U-Haul drove smooth and we didn’t have to wait in any lines etc making for an easy pick up and return. Will go to this location again.

Only charge the customer what they agreed to pay for as I was charged for CDW insurance I knew I didn't need and never asked for but when I got my final bill via email after the drop off I found out then.

I reserved a 15ft truck online, however, it was not available when I arrived. I had to get a 20ft and paid more money. The $50 money guarantee for the truck was a lie. I did not receive the $50.

When i got to the location they said they key broke to the truck and some on suppose to had called me n told i had to go to the Douglas on 168th i called the other location they said they didn't have my reservation.. smh

Perhaps advertise U-Haul in front of the station. Computer station was very ghetto.
