This location is only 3 miles from my home which made it very convenient for pickup and return. Ellis is very laid back, he was great. My only suggestion is opening at 9am. I would rent again from this location.

TALESHA Si was the only customer, but had o wait about 30 minutes for owner to make computer entries just to approve accessory items that I had already pre-ordered. I couldn't quite understand what exactly he was doing on the computer to approve a dolly and a mat. Finally, he assigned me to a drop off location in Norcross, GA, which told me that they stopped accepting U-Haul returns more than 6 months ago. On a saturday evening I had to scramble to find another location that would accept the vehicle return before closing time.
RAVI VThis is probably my best experience with U-Haul. The manager was probably one of the best that I've ever experienced with any rental facility. I've just moved into the area and I will probably be visiting him a lot more to rent for an hour or two hours just to do the things that I need to get done I'm around my house. He's only about five minutes away from me and he is so professional that I will Enjoy work with him and getting to know him
R Mmy issue was that I filled out the online request to start the pickup problem online, but the system required the location to redo all the same information. Waste of my time and the location operator.

TONI RI don't know why It became so difficult to pick up my truck. .but the order gave me problem, a huge crazy experience that took 4+ hours! ... I contacted customer service over 5 times during those 4 VERY HOT and LONG hours!! The store was closed so I had no "on site" support, and there were many transfers to other people, dropped calls...so much hassle...even though I had signed up for Truck 24/7!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

WILLIAM HTruck was damaged and the picture was not correct before I took possession of the truck. The location did not have my handtrucks in the truck causing me to go purchase a set personally.

paula pI used the 24/7 access on a Sunday, and my truck came without the appliance dolly, which made moving my furniture extremely difficult. The store was closed, so we were not able to go inside & retrieve the dolly.
TIERRA FMy review is for this dealer only.. My overall rating and experience with Uhual was Excellent!!! Picked up trailer had a bad tire, waited for repair, the replacement wheel was the wrong offset letting the tire rub the frame.....Contacted uhual as I had a 5K mile trip. The area Manager reached out to me and did an outstanding job of resolving the issue. Thank You for a safe trip.

Marissa MPickup and return were both tedious. Insurance was added without my permission. Online return when the location was closed was very difficult. After walking back and forth between the office and the truck and the truck and taking numerous pictures, the app stopped without giving me any indication that the process had completed successfully.

Shelia jThe Uhaul was parked by a fence where you're unable to get to the passenger side to accurately look at the vehicle to notate if any damage is present. There are dogs on the other side of the fence that barked non stop and continued to run in each direction I walked. It was a very scary experience for me. The vehicle was in great condition. Where the vehicle was parked produced anxiety for me as I was caught off guard when the dogs ran up to the fence and began to bark and growl. Please park it next to the trailers, away from the fence.

Andrew DThe gentleman that works the location wasn't helpful. I had a 10am appt and he didn't know where his truck I was suppose to get was. Previous customer didn't return yet. But he had a truck there and wouldn't let me get that one. Stating it was for his noon pickup. So in all had to call customer service. Waited at this location for 1hr. To finally get a truck. WILL NOT USE HIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!! I WILL HIRE SOMEONE BEFORE I GO BACK THERE. VERY POOR SERVICE

DERRICK CVery bad experience. I'm dealing with fraud at this moment. Thanks Uhaul The guy was very rude. He ran out of paper so no paperwork. Nothing was explained. Wouldn't walk to truck to look at it. To make sure no dents or anything. Just very awful

Stanley BThe appearance of this location is very rough - basically at junk yard. The gentleman who filled out the paper work was nice enough but apparently not very informed. He asked me where I would be dropping off the trailer and I told him that I wasn't sure of the location, but it would be around Kissimmee, FL. I told him I could go back to my truck to get the address but he told me no need - "it doesn't matter where you drop it off". I dropped off the trailer this morning at Uhaul in Sanford, FL (north of Kissimmee) and the attendant informed me there is an additional drop-off fee because the document states Kissimmee. I tried to explain that the gentleman in Hampton, GA told me it didn't matter where I drop it off, but she said it does matter. She went on to explain that it's not the same county. It's not about the incremental $20 drop-off fee. It's about feeling like the gentleman just wanted to get me out of the office as fast as possible and not wanting me to go back to my truck to confirm the city. He should have taken the time to explain that it matters if Kissimmee is not in the same county. I would have gotten the address out of my truck. Maybe I missed it in the small print somewhere.
Brian RI really like the people here. I did turn the truck in on time (but Uhauls mobile check in system would not work) and when the attendant came in he charged me for an extra day but I am sure Uhaul will get it sorted out.

HARRY CI used my phone to rent this truck . I was so thankful that the truck was clean and ready to go !!! THANK YOU LIBERTY AUTO REPAIR. There is a dog next door. If he barks at you his name is "BUTTERCUP" Just say "hey buttercup - it's me" and he will be fine and stop barking.
WILLIAM HI returned the equipment at 1:30 p.m. on the 12th of May. I got an email saying it was returned at 9:45 a.m. on the 13th and I was charged for an extra day. The attendant told me to drop it in the back and said I was good. Apparently, he didn't check it in until the next day. Ridiculous.
Thomas SThis is a very unpleasant Uhaul location. The guy who runs it is very rude and does not care to help you. The truck ran terrible and it sounded like the wheels were going to fall off. I will never use this location again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Christina MEquipment should be cleaned between each customer. The driving area and cargo area were both dirty.
Rachael Wthe owner was very flirtatious and it kept on hitting on me I would not recommend none of my friends to come here just in case he tries to touch or try to hit on me he would not give me the keys into we got down to the truck which made me feel very uncomfortable and I asked the market I had the keys after I done paid and he said because I want to see you more very nasty and vulgar I would recommend nobody to go down there

Shawn BThe truck had ants in the cab. We were constantly looking over our shoulder to make sure the ants weren't climbing on us. I would suggest another parking spot for the trucks. Currently they are parked near a bush where there's a pit bull barking at you.
Carletta CTruck was parked too close to vegetation. The trucks cab and cargo area was infested with Ants. My loading was delayed by a couple hours because I had to buy a pesticide and wait for all the ants to die before I could load.
Edward JMaybe not have it take over an hr to get equipment and then cancel the equipment i already paid for then try and fix it while on the phone with someone. Made us later and the moving help was already at our house using up their time to help.

ronald cThe gentleman that I spoke with was very unpleasant and didn't know much about the uhaul services offered. He also failed to look up my reservation, but rather tried to get me as a walk in client. I had a reservation for 11am and didn't leave his location until 3 hours later. He has made my time with uhaul very unpleasant and possibly would never use uhaul services again due to this.

Kenneth TI dropped off a 26 footer here at this location. I made sure I took a picture of the gas tank and kept the gas receipt upon filling the vehicle gas back to where I got it at. This company charged me 36 extra without notice. There were no signs as to where to park the Uhaul or a driveway. Ghetto environment.
