TALESHA Si was the only customer, but had o wait about 30 minutes for owner to make computer entries just to approve accessory items that I had already pre-ordered. I couldn't quite understand what exactly he was doing on the computer to approve a dolly and a mat. Finally, he assigned me to a drop off location in Norcross, GA, which told me that they stopped accepting U-Haul returns more than 6 months ago. On a saturday evening I had to scramble to find another location that would accept the vehicle return before closing time.
RAVI VThis is probably my best experience with U-Haul. The manager was probably one of the best that I’ve ever experienced with any rental facility. I’ve just moved into the area and I will probably be visiting him a lot more to rent for an hour or two hours just to do the things that I need to get done I’m around my house. He’s only about five minutes away from me and he is so professional that I will Enjoy work with him and getting to know him
