Victor Rodriguez Chirinothe equipment is clean because is new, but is not clean as someone did a cleaning. In another hand the tires are always not inflated as required - there is always a sign showing you that you need to inflate the tires (btw this is not the only place who have that problem), taking in consideration that the equipment is usually located in a gas station, with tire center and a carwash i think that it could be better not only for me, also for new customers.

JUAN RODRIGUEZEXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED with U-Haul reservation system. I made a reservation for a 10 am and the system changed to 12:30 pm. The location didn't have any vans available for the day. Luckily, someone brought a van back and I was able to rent it at 1:30 pm In the meantime, I loss the delivery time of the cargo at American Airlines because of your delay! TERREBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMEND U-HAUL
Fernando ConilI came to the location around 2:00 PM and they were doing the maintenance of the vehicle vehicles they told me to come back within an hour they will be finish I came I rented the vehicle I told the lady to come out there was no air conditioning inside the truck and she said eventually it was gonna cool to give it time I drop the vehicle back after two hours the vehicle never cool I told her to tell the people they were doing maintenance because they just had done maintenance on that vehicle it was a shame

Abirsman MachadoI drove the truck 19 miles. Put $15 of gas in the tank. My "ticket" was closed after hours. Next day I was charged an additional $15 for gas. So that would mean that the truck burned thru 6 gallons of gas in 19 miles.

Omar PereraVAN HAD AN INFESTATION OF ROACHES. FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CLERK WAS GOING TO WAIVE THE GAS. LATER WHEN I CHECK MY ACCOUNT I SEE HE STILL CHARGED THE GAS. SO FILTHY, ROACH INVESTED VEHICLE PLUS UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! ILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN!!!

JORGE DELGADO SAURIThe location doesn't have mobile pick up so updating those settings because their internet was down and they couldn't help me. 5 customers called the U-Haul center for assistance. Finally one person got through and the region manager called the location however when asked about the $50 for Uhauls policy about the truck not being ready on time, the regional manager very rudely answered "I don't go around giving free money." Considering we all waited at the location for an hour to get the issues resolved, that was truly an unacceptable response.
