I was very dissatisfied with the rental and its location. The truck was not clean. It had bird droppings all over the windshield. The truck was in poor conditions. Parts were missing like the drivers window handle. Second bad experience was the location and the customer service. I do not like to give bad reviews but i must admit i had to on this experience.

Had a reservation for a truck at Mia Cargo and when I arrived they couldn't expedite my reservation due to problems with recieving payment. Had to call 1-800 to find another place and waited 45 minutes meanwhile the movers were waiting at my home. Mia Cargo complained about U Haul sending them clients knowing they can't process payment.

This U-haul Location is in a Gad Station, there’s problems with parking space. There’s Car wash next to this Station. And they Rent the U-haul’s Parking space. When we arrive to park the Van, we couldn’t park right. The Car wash takes must of the U-haul Parkin Space. And the Manager didn’t do anything. I’m Not recommend this Location for Uhaul rentals.


I was charged 3 times the reservation fee. It was a debit card and this put me in the red. I called customer service and they advised me that they would review it and get back to me in 72hrs. Unacceptable.

The van was not clean on the inside. The tire pressure was low by over 20#. But the staff was very courteous and helpful. If the tire pressure would have been to specs and the inside cleaned it would have made it into 5 stars.


The attendants were slow and didn't seem to know what they were doing . Took forever. It was a small tight and crowded gas station

I made my reservation for the application and when I arrived at the location I had chosen it was closed despite the fact that according to the website information were still open, I made a change to a new store and when the rearvate arrived they did not appear. I decided that they would take the data again ... they forced me to take the insurance even though I know it is not obligatory to take it, I have rented with you many times and it never happened to me and then they told me again that it was obligatory to block 30 miles so I was not going to travel that when I returned to return with the actual miles they gave me back the money ... They should all work under the same policies is part of the customer service ... I am very dissatisfied today with the service

He staff was very nice and efficient, the only thing I disliked was the location. There is barely parking for the trucks and it’s very difficult to maneuver since it’s in a gas station. The service was fast and I would absolutely rent from there again.


The gas station is no longer Liberty Gas and looks different as well. I believe it's new name is Westar. This information should be changed on the site. I drove past it because I was looking for a different business name.

I should reviewed the total charges before I left the station. Just released I was charged $ 14.00 for Safe move ,I believe is the insurance, which I do not accepted. How or where I could ask for a refund? Thanks you Edgard Santos
