ricky cThe site to do after hour drop off is kinda confusing. Like I thought I was done checking it in and dropped the keys in the box then it says I had to take pictures of the odometer. Can't do that if it locked and the keys are dropped in the box already.
Tonya lIt would be very helpful if when you rent a truck for a day it would be for 24 hours instead of 21. Sometimes 3 hours makes a huge difference. Other than that, it's a great place to rent from. Highly recommend Lighthouse storage and u-haul. They were very friendly and helpful.

RICKEY DI wish drop off had been as simple as pick up. The drop off was after business hours so I get that, but after doing my inspection of the U-Haul online, we had difficulties retrieving a code to get into the gate to leave the U-Haul and auto transport called customer service as suggested on the U-Haul app I was on hold for an hour only to have the call drop and not receive a call back. I had to call back again and wait an additional 30 minutes I eventually gave up and had someone that was nice enough to let me come in behind them so we can leave the U-Haul I did and had to call customer service to let them know I found a solution.

Kathleen MStaffing was always kind and helpful if needed. Answered all questions. Pricing was upfront Storage containers were actually well contained and didn't overheat like one might think. Had some electronics in there and never had any issues. Well secured and cameras were installed on property. When we moved out there were no issues. Special comment: We were moving out of our storage on an extremely hot day and the lady working came out to hand everyone water to ensure they didn't get dehydrated or over heat too bad. I really appreciate her doing this and the kindness she showed.

Jessica SFix your system. I attempted multiple times to return my reservation but the geolocation wouldn't work (regardless of the troubleshooting/settings). I was alone in a dark storage unit for over an hour with customer service and the best I got was "well, they probably won't charge you." If you can tell I attempted, then close the reservation. The people were nice, but your system is awful. If you can't guarantee it will always work, then you should have a back-up plan, one that doesn't screw over your customers.

Lisa EExcellent facility, and very friendly staff. Because there's no spot in the review for it, better maintenance of trucks needs to be a priority. Truck was clean, but to no fault of this location, this truck needed some serious maintenance. 500 miles from Kentucky to North Carolina, thru the Appalachian mountains, with a truck that felt like every steering component was completely shot was not a good experience... Either maintain your equipment, or take it out of service sooner. This truck had 115 000 miles on it, and I felt every one of those miles white knuckling it to NC waiting for a tie rod or ball joint to break.... Driving down the interstate was like trying to dock a boat....

Bobby BAdvertised as a 24/7 drop off but when I arrived to drop off, the gate was locked and needed a code to enter. I was not provided a gate code. I had to wait around for a customer to let me follow in behind them to drop the truck off.
Amber AIt's a locked storage facility. You have to spend 30 minutes in hold to get a possible code for the gate. It was ridiculous.

James HThe gentleman told me I would receive 1day credit back to my checking account due to returning it early. He even gave me the gate code to drop off truck. Also stopped at gas station to fill back up to half tank as it was when we received the truck and they took out $16.+ dollars and said it was low. We have receipts showing time and amount of gas put in. The lady that called me from the Franklin uhaul was very rude and would not agree to what was discussed and told to me.

After a 2200 mile move and a loss of a beloved pet during the move arriving to a downpour we were spent and exhausted. He made those first couple days bright with service.
