Richard WThe only thing I would note is the cell service for Xfinity Mobile customers is not great in this area, so it made the mobile check-out and check-in a bit slower.
Olivia UThe Check-out process is a little difficult since nobody is on-site. Having some instructions in the vehicle (maybe on the dash?) about taking photos of the mileage and gas level would be better than having it just at the key drop box.
James RMy issue was less with Mead. I had a good experience there and appreciated them accommodating me. What I was frustrated about was that I originally ordered a van at the boulder location online. Then within hours they called me and said that I had to pick it up in Longmont, which I agreed to but was a very inconvenient location for me. On the day, I showed up at the Longmont location and despite only being 45 Minutes late from the agreed pick up time, they said it was cancelled and claimed it was because I showed up late. I then had to call and get a reservation from mead, which was another 30 minute drive. So in the end it was A 2 hour trip between all the driving and redirecting. Mead was great but everyone else could do better. Thanks for listening

Despite confirming twice the evening before, I was informed one hour prior to my reservation that my pickup location had changed. The change added an extra 60 miles to my trip and disrupted an already very tight timeline. I understand that trucks are in high demand and I'm sure your reservations process is very complicated but please be more conscientious of the impact of a last minute change that is so far away. It's definitely made me distrustful of uhaul and hesitant to book again in future.

FRANK FTanner was professional and friendly from my first contact. We were moving from Texas to Colorado and he assured me everything would workout. He always returned my calls promptly and always had a great attitude. All my belongings in storage were in perfect condition when we moved them out. Jarett zBetter communications from U-Haul corporate to the customer. I asked for a 24 hour rental had day rental, pick up was Sunday at noon ant the office closed at noon. The employee came back to help us after hours. The truck's air conditioning was not operating unless you were idling, the transmission was shifting back and form unless you were on a highway with no lights or stop signs and check engine light was visible, we aere assured no problem. We got the truck back by 8:30 AM on Monday morning after getting up early 6:00 AM to unload in Johstown, CO and stiill return to Mead, CO. We did not get a printed recipt and the employee sent us a screen shot for out physical records. All in all it was a stress ful pickup and unload because of time crunch. I will look elsewhere for a my next rental.
Dennis BWe had to go to a different location than the one we rented from, it was nearly an hour out of the way. Then we waited almost an hour in line. Very unhappy with the experience--the guy working was really nice, it wasn't his fault at all, but I'm very unhappy with Uhaul.

Left message at phone number but no return call. I had to call to make sure they had the unit I dropped off. No phone call from site acknowledging receipt of unit. Took two days to check in from drop off time Drop off unit Sunday am. Check in and Receipt of unit Tuesday am. People were cordial over the phone.

He had to make a call to verify, even though I produced a confirmation number. He (Jerry) took care of it after this phone call. Everything went smoothly from that point forward.

He was helpful with my questions, but not able to resolve issues I had with UHaul Regional office with the change in equipment from 6×12 trailer to 10' Truck. I flew out to Colorado. Was hoping the truck price could have been even lower that $700 due to my inconvenience. Also, while the tank showed "F", I learned that it wasn't fully full.

Debra HI've rented space from this facility twice over a 3 year period and was one of the first to rent here. The local staff are great to work with, observant on who is coming & going, and are quite professional to deal with. Prices are competitive.
