I was told to pick up my reserved truck at the Shell Station in Chehalis. Nobody was there that day to help me. The lady at the counter couldn't even contact you. It was the wrong truck, & damaged, & not available for rental. I wasted over 2 hours there. I had to drive across town to B&R automotive & try & get a truck. Nobody was in the office. I waited & waited, & finally went looking for someone. Finally, a man came out, but had nothing but trouble trying to get my rental completed. I was supposed to put my drivers license on a special spot & it was supposed to be photographed, front & back. It didn't work & we tried over & over. The contract was different from what I was quoted & had both email & text confirmation of. More time wasted trying to work this out right. I was exhausted. I'm a handicapped person & when I finally got the truck, it was getting dark & I was sick. I spent the entire next day in bed. My move was delayed. I called you & got an extra day & extra miles. I was late arriving to my destination as I was late leaving Washington. Therefore, the help I had arranged here in Auburn, California, had left & I had to wait to get help unloading. The local U-haul representative, Justin, @209-658-8199, called me to see what was happening & I told him everything. He assured me that due to extremely poor customer service, there would be no late charges. I turned in the truck with the exact amount of gas as when I picked it up, it was clean, & without damage of any kind. The man at fhe drop off station (Moe ??) took the keys & said he didn't know who Justin was, but I was about 30 minutes late & that was it. Next surprise is I owe approx. $27. Now, it's over $50 & threats of collections. If you had done your job to begin with, none of this would have happened. It began at the Shell Station in Chehalis, WA, & carried over all the way to Auburn, CA. It's the worst & most stressful customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. I don't owe you anything. In all honesty, you owe me. This is honest feedback that can be documented. It's not my fault that you don't know what you're doing. Now, clear my account & leave me alone. That's the least you can do. I would be grateful. Thank you.

Usually you have a full tank when you pick up and you return it with a full tank... I picked up with a quarter tank, needed to return it with a quarter...really hard to do. They do NOT reimburse if you overfill!! They got half a tank from me ??

Truck was disgusting smelt like homeless person was living in there and it was gooey and it broke down on us twice. The gentleman didn’t have the greatest etiquette and would let me pay cash and leave a card on file which I find weird . Wouldn’t recommend this location whatsoever I should of went to the Alta Sierra location
