Phil WDoor to trailer was in poor operating condition and kept getting stuck inside the top door frame. The pull down strap was not long enough to pul the door from the stuck condition and a crow bar had to be used on the top frame to release the door from its trapped position. No time to return to the dealer to exchange or have it fixed. We made due with defective equipment problem.
Basil HMoe was the best, he accommodated me with everything I needed, which seemed to change constantly which made me a pain in the ass, but Moe was very personable, friendly and very helpful while I was going thru a very stressful situation and he made things a lot less stressful, so as long as you are being helped by Moe, you’re in great hands!

Raymond VPlease have more 4x8 covered trailers available. They seem hard to find and are perfect for smaller jobs.

Brett GThe truck had 165 000 miles on it and the eng is making a tapping/knocking noise (oil level is ok) it Verys with throttle position. the front-end wanders about like it has worn suspension components. The truck needs repairs or go to the boneyard.

Vincent LI was forced to use the app which was impersonal and complicated. It was frustrating as the guy that was running the show was adamantly forcing us to use the app. Only after the 4th time and I physically showed him it wasn't working did he use his computer to release the truck. It was stupid. Don't get me wrong the man was nice enough and Completely professional. It was just a hassle.

Ronald RI went in to the location on Monday and reserved a closed trailer for 8am this morning, got there just before 8am , they opened the gate, hooked up the trailer, plugged in the lights and off I went, it took about 10 minutes. Pleasant, efficient and business like. When I returned the trailer at about 3,3pm it was the same thing, quick, efficient and polite. Gave me a receipt and I was on my way. Thank you U Haul !

Richard MThe location where I dropped off the truck was a bit remote, but there was plenty of space for the truck and auto hauler. The property seemed like it was well cared for as well. Also, the dropbox was easy to find and the signage made it easy to understand what to do.
