The people at the reservation desk are great and we're very helpful. We rented a uhaul on 10/15 /23 and it was great. We rented another you haul on 10/27/23. First of all the vehicle was dirty and the cargo area looks like someone had transported mulch in it. We swept it out.The cab leaked in 3 spots and and steering wheel and other areas were dirty, we actually wipe down the steering wheel and door it was so dirty and the vehicle had a hole in the muffler and was very loud. The person at the desk said the uhaul was one they used for in city transport.John H.

The location is fine & staff there are great but the particular unit I had this time was horrible. The cab was dirty (cargo area was clean), The unit was beat to death, dents & scratches everywhere & the exhaust was loud.BRIAN M.

I actually first was supposed to pick up a trailer from Lancaster Ohio location in nobody told me that they didn't have it I went there ended up having to go to Logan thank God that they had one trailerRICHARD A.

If you're renting a large truck, backing out of the parking spaces at this location (logan, ohio) can be tricky, but it is doable. Just be careful. Other than that, the gentleman that helped us was very nice and courteous and explained everything very well.Nicole A.

There's nothing wrong with the location at the Logan Community Thrift Store that we rented the U-Haul dolly from but rather by the lack of lubrication on the tie-down strap mechanisms on the dolly, that should have already been taken care of by the ones that do the maintenance on them, they should have been lubricated before they were delivered to the U-Haul rental location, they were dry and hard to use due to lack of lubrication, other than that we were very pleased with the dolly rentalSTEVEN D.

We did the 24/7 truckshare option and was supposed to get the truck at 7 am but due to a glitch in the system, we did not get the truck until we called the customer service twice and the truckshare line twice. We finally got the truck 45 mins later.David D.

The young lady was angry when she got to work and my husband and I were sitting outside the store waiting for them to open she was rude and charged us $240 we were shocked ! When we returned the u haul to the Cross Creek they couldn't believe what she had charged us they said she charged us $60 to much we only drove it 44 miles and then the didn't give us back all of the $100 deposit like the first young lady told us that they would . I would never receive that place to anyone and we will not use it againRandy M.

This was not the location I requested to pick up the equipment. I was notified after the 6 pm deadline about the change in pick up location. When I called to complain about the location and time of notification, Heather, the manager at traffic in Columbus Ohio was not at all apologetic and was not willing to offer any kind of compensation. After i pointed out again that they failed to even follow the guidelines they set out to notify me of the pick up location change, she agreed to give a credit and then promptly hung up on me. The clerk at the pick up location was not at all sympathetic that I had to dive over 30 minutes extra to pick up the equipment. All parties I interacted with in Ohio were very rude and disrespectful.Christian P.
Have the equipment at other locations so I don't have to drive all over to pick it up and then drive it back. I booked it in lancaster for pick up and drop off and you tell me two days later it's in Logan. I had to drive almost an hour round trip each time to pick it up and drop it off since it was a fleet service trailer. Gas and time aren't cheap.Travis S.
I returned the U-Haul 45 minutes late and they charged me for the whole day. I tried to keep it for the whole day since I got charged and needed to rent another U-Haul and they would not lete cause it was reserved. Which I totally understand but how is it legal to charge me for the entire day plus charge the customer that had it reserved and is coming in to rent that same truck ? U-Haul is getting paid for 2 times for the same truck. I rented another truck cause I had no choice but it did cost me a total of $244 to make 2 trips 21 miles away. So I drove 84 miles for $244, that is $2,9 per mile if you want to actually break it down. Not counting the fuel cost which was $30 & $27.So in total I spent $301 making 2 trips 21 miles from the U-Haul office to my storage unit. I will be calling U-Haul to ask them how they can get paid twice for the same truckLeroy L.

I ordered a truck and a tow dolly for my car almost a month in advance. The day before I moved, I was informed there was no dolly at the pickup location. I had to drive an hour away on my moving day to go get one.Maggie G.

Expected to have to use the 24/7 app, which would have been fine, but a very nice lady met me as I was parking the truck and processed my drop off. This was an unexpected bonus, and I was happy she came to help. I am sure it made the process go faster.Mark K.
