KAREN RNeeded an autotransport last minute. The Cobourg office came through for us. The ease of getting the trailer, from the time I got to the shop, rented the trailer, hooked up, and got back on the road only 10 minutes had past. That's efficient and my thanks to the staff of U Haul in Cobourg for that and being exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs up!

MARTIN BParking was tight. The uhaul app is total crap. Took me half an hour to check the truck in via the app, had to start over twice. The app alone would make me think twice about renting from uhaul. Just because you can use ai to scan a picture, doesn't mean you should (or waste your cutomers time doing it)

GREGORY GThis is about the reservation that had nothing to do with the Cobourg location. We were surprised and dismayed when the trailer we had reserved many weeks prior wasn't available. I'm sure it says in the fine print somewhere that one way equipment is guaranteed to be provided, but I would have liked the info to be more explicit do that we weren't scrambling two days prior. The U haul agents I spoke with to help find alternative arrangements however were all extremely helpful!

LINDA KThe service was fantastic. I originally intended just to rent a 6 x 12 trailer - but when the lights wouldn't work on the trailer (due to a problem with my van), we were stuck. The guy who was helping us did some fast work and managed to quickly find a pickup to rent with the trailer - and saved us a lot of money that we might have had to spend to on renting a van. He saved us the day and alot of money. Much appreciated! We'll be back if we ever need to rent again...

RONALD EI dropped off my trailer after hours. So I dont know if the staff are helpful or not
CHAD SExcellent service à la clientèle. Quickly received my trailer and was on my way. My only complaints are that the 5x8 trailer needed the rear door to be lubricated (very sticky and hard to open) and the rims were very rusty possibly being dangerous for long tows.
JOHN REverything was great so I don't see the need for improvement 😊

JAMES CI personally was not comfortable when after rerunning the vehicle filled with fuel, and presented my paperwork given at time of rental and told that "I dont need that, I will go over the truck and e-mail you the receipt, I have your card information". The final payment on the vehicle use should be done at the time the person who rented the vehicle is on the premises. By e -mailing the receipt you are leaving said person NO recourse to rebut any additional charges that may occur without them present.

MARVIN NI rented a small unit to store linen, clothing and kitchen supplies for 2 months. When I picked up my belongings the were covered in mouse droppings and urine. The linen boxes were also full of little white bugs. I brought this to the attention of the office and was told it's par for the business. I had to rewash everything and lost a few items to the damage. This place is infested and the owner is aware and doesn't care. Never received a reply from an email I sent two months ago to recoup some of the damage. Would never use this storage place again.
