I personally was not comfortable when after rerunning the vehicle filled with fuel, and presented my paperwork given at time of rental and told that "I dont need that, I will go over the truck and e-mail you the receipt, I have your card information". The final payment on the vehicle use should be done at the time the person who rented the vehicle is on the premises. By e -mailing the receipt you are leaving said person NO recourse to rebut any additional charges that may occur without them present.

MICHAEL MI rented a small unit to store linen, clothing and kitchen supplies for 2 months. When I picked up my belongings the were covered in mouse droppings and urine. The linen boxes were also full of little white bugs. I brought this to the attention of the office and was told it's par for the business. I had to rewash everything and lost a few items to the damage. This place is infested and the owner is aware and doesn't care. Never received a reply from an email I sent two months ago to recoup some of the damage. Would never use this storage place again.

VICTOR BWaited for over 40 minutes to pick up the vehicle because it was not set up properly - had to call for assistance. I requested and paid for a dolly - was not on the truck. Tried to book a larger vehicle numerous times and nothing was available, even weeks in advance. Returned it hours earlier than expected and no money back.

GERALD BA JACK ATTACHED TO THE TONGUE OF THE TRAILER!!!!! Yes, I'm saying it loudly. We were unable to return the trailer after hours because two of us together couldn't lift the tongue off of the hitch.
CHERYL VEasy & convenient. The one complaint would be the suggested re-fill liter diagram based on fuel gauge has very small numbers which are hard to read in the dark.

TYLER SLe personnel était amical et serviable. However the truck was dirty when we opened it so we had to clean it before loading. Also the lock was very difficult to open and close. Truck seemed to struggle to pick up speed.

ROLANDO PGreat truck to move things but the price is ridiculous. Cost for a few hours was just under $100 for a 10ft truck. The mileage cost was double the truck rental cost. Great way to rip people off.
DAVANDA CThe initial reservation was through a different dealer. Due to their poor input of the reservation, I was delayed 90 minutes to pick up the vehicle. Once the poor inputting was sorted out and I was directed to the dealer who actually had the truck I reserved, everything was great.
MURRAY JThe area where the trailer was stored for pickup and drop off was nearly impossible to get around the corners with vehicles parked in the way. I use trailers a lot and across the road you had ample room with much easier access to pick up and drop off the car Hauler where you use to have it when I last used it. Why is was situated where it was this time made no sense. On both Corners where I had to Pick up and leave with Trailer and on return were vehicles parked right on the corners. Didn't make any sense. It was only because I am a seasoned Boat Hauler and car Hauler I was barely able to make the turns on those corners.
MUAY MAlthough I didn't access the storage unit during the rental things went smoothly and the movers were able to load up everything from storage easily and efficiently.
