All went well. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Two wheel drive 9' Cargo Van was surprisingly comfortable to ride in for our 1250 km drive to/from PA from ON. Fuel economy averaged 11,3 L/100 KM (all highway).

Alan FI booked a truck for 8am. It was supposed to be a 24/7 pick up, but I wasn't given the option to receive a code to open the lock box. I called customer support who was not helpful and told me to return at 10am when the store opened. Once the store was opened, they were helpful and apologetic, but the system failed.

Dione CWebsite specifically said I could use a visa debit. I've used it before to book trucks from uhaul. This location wouldn't allow me. So I left without a van. They still charged me for the rental though. Completely unfair
Spencer MI have rented from uhaul many times to assist with my moves and have been a satisfied customer overall. The trailer I rented this time was NOT in proper condition to rent out. The crank to lowered and raise the hitch did not function at all. When I couldn't lift it oon and off manually, I was forced to find a car jack that I had to use 5 different times during the use. This is an unacceptable practice for a rental. Equipment must be rented out in good working condition. This needs to be addressed immediately. I was treated well and fairly by the Mike the uhaul agent and have no issues with him. I would like a reply from a uhaul representative about this issue. Thanks. Frank Davidson.

Sven KExtremely expensive for a terrible truck. You say it's a truck meant to tow but it is 2 wheel drive and you don't even put winter tires on it. We live in Canada… for the price of my rental alone you could afford a set of winter tires to put on the truck. It couldn't even make it up a slight incline with a small aluminum trailer, and could barely stop if there was any snow on the road.

Andrew MEverything was great until we picked up the trailer that was supposed to be $30 plus tax and it was $335. We were told it would be "a few more dollars" to drop the trailer off at a different location after using it. I'm not sure how $300 more is "a few more dollars". Other then this, the trailer itself was excellent.

Eric MThey do a great job here, every time I'm in there's always another person or two getting uhaul equipment but wait is not long the staff make sure your recognized when you walk in and take alot of pride every step of the way. This is one neighborhood dealer you don't want too loose, work together so both teams are happy, case they really make it so it's worth using again!!
Brian ADry helpful smooth and see less experience. Truck was in need of a little basic service but nothing major just tweaks for a smoother sound and ride. I would, and have, tolerated far worse when in need. And given it was almost the 1st and a last-minute booking I was very impressed.

George CWe originally were very disappointed that Uhaul corporate cancelled our one-way truck rental the day before our move. We booked days in advance via the Uhaul website then were told at the last minute by Uhaul corporate that the only trucks that were available were for local rental only, no one-way!. So we then decided to booked a trailer instead via the website but found out that the trailer was actually not even returned by the previous client yet. Despite these issues with the Uhaul booking system Patricia from Lok all Storage in Cobourg went above and beyond to try and find us another trailer and then helped us to rent a truck in the end as the previous client still had not returned the trailer we had booked. Patricia at Lok all Storage in Cobourg provided us with the best possible service even coming to work an hour early to resolve the issues created by Uhaul corporate, their faulty booking system and irresponsible client who failed to return the trailer on time. Patricia deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond.

Indradeo -Both of your Customer Service Representatives at the beginning and end of my rental, were helpful and took good care to make sure I understood everything. Patricia, who was there when I was booking the van, was particularly helpful. She understood my purpose of the rental and had sound advice. They just need a better ATM machine for the purpose of payment. The one they have had to be disconnected and reset in order for the payment to go through. That was the only issue.
AMY QLady working the office was rude upon return. I didn't park the truck where she wanted it parked and wasn't nice about it. It's a gravel parking lot with no signs to show where to park so how am I supposed to know.
