Fuel Tank on empty so gauge to determine how much to put in/replace which is opposite of policy and feel wronged by being charged $35 for lackadaisical non attention to fuel gauge..Request reverese back $35.00.fuel fee to truck fill /replace gasoline

The people at this place were very helpful, helping my wife to unload the car and park the dolly. Everything went smooth. This place wasn't our original drop off location, but was more convenient for us and they were working with us, no problems! Small local place, but highly recommended doing business.

So how do you advertise renting a 10 ft truck for $19,95?!?! I went from pittston Walmart to South Wilkes Barre and put a half a tank of gas in it instead of just the quarter tank you required and I'm charged $74?!?!? That is sad, a shame really that you get away with this and you completely rip customers off Shame on Uhaul and shame on this business Lou's Auto & Repair in Plains PA that rents these U Haul trucks for not explaining all the "EXTRA" charges that come along with the $19,95 rental fee!!!!! I will never do business with a U Haul again!!!!! I truly hope this helps someone in the future from getting screwed on all their EXTRA fees!!! Even with PROOF ( photos and video evidence) no one seems to care!!! Besides the fact that your representatives are rude!! I was first Supposed to get a call back never did that happen and then to get someone from the regional office to say Ohwell it's right!! Yeah what a joke!! Won't fill me twice that's for sure!!

The uhaul was blocked in and the owner was no where to be found

I returned this truck after hours so take that into consideration for my review. It was a very small, tight parking lot that wasn't super well lit so that is the reason for the low score. I'm the people who work there could be amazing but I can't speak on that as it was after hrs and I just used my phone to do the return

Lou was very nice, truck was very dirty, I needed to clean before I put furniture in. Mud and dirt in the back.

Nothing, truck was adequate for what I needed it for,I loaded what I bought, took stuff to my new location and unloaded by myself and saved a of money a mover would have charged!! A good service for a do it your-selfer like me.

The truck wasn't horrible, let's just say that I gave it back in better condition than I received it. Also dealing with Lou's I felt that they made the minimum effort.

the owner couldn't be there. had to let me in via his phone a nd dispatched by uhaul. didn't get my appliance cart i had requested so I paid for it and never got ot.

Business owner did not seem to know that reservations had been made online and was not prepared for me to pick up the vehicle. Also, the bill was incorrect and needed to be corrected.

Returned the rental on a Saturday. This location reported I returned it Sunday (A day late) and I was charged an additional fee. Was also very difficult to find the place or any sign of it being a U-Haul location

The guy working struggled with paper work and was barely in the garage. We we're supposed to pick up at 9am he made us wait until after 10:30am because he needed to go somewhere. We arrived at 11am he was still not there. We could not get the uhaul until 11:30am. We also put down for renting a dolly, which was not even given to us. We go to return it he is nowhere to be found during operation hours. We wanted to make sure everything was processed correctly but he was not there and did not answer our call or text message. We ended up just leaving the keys in the drop off box. If you need to move fast and by your time. I do not recommend this location at all. You have to accommodate him rather than him accommodating you.
