We stored our boat here for 3 years and never had an issue. Lot was secure. Team was great and they worked with us to find a spot that was easy for us to access. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

LENARD WLocation is confusing. Check-in via the app takes way too long, and the app constantly crashes or has issues.
Ian HThis whole experience is was AWFUL if you plan on using the UHAUL to move like it's intended DON'T. If you go over 60 MPH or up a hill with a load on it the AC goes completely out. Customer service won't do anything

John MHe was so horrible; he charged us a cleaning fee even though the truck was spotless, and also charged for gas even though we brought it back as it was. This is the first time that this has happened to me. I always rent from U-Haul, but this location tries to take advantage of people. He was trying to force me to take the insurance even though I told him multiple times I did not want it. I will not come back to this location at all

Brett GGoogle Maps took us on an incorrect route to the Trader's World entrance, which made the location difficult to find. If possible, correct the location with Google.
Victoria BWell, I went to one store, they didn't have 10ft, trucks. Which I understand. Nothing u can do about that. So the other choices I had were mandated to be done thru the app, so I downloaded the app, had to put my card info in 5 or 6 times, went to the location they sent me to, was there 2 minutes before pick up time, and when it was time to pick up my truck, it wouldn't let me access the page, kept saying no service. It took forever to get a hold of somebody who could help. Had to enter through the browser. Now at this point I'd missed my meeting time at the storage unit, so had to drive more miles to get some things arranged, and didn't get the truck back til 6:30. But u can believe that y'all charged me, both for being late and going over the mileage. Both things that wouldn't have happened if the app would've worked right. No I wouldn't recommend y'all again. It wasn't a location thing, it's was uhaul in general.

Steve GThe U-Haul app sucks! I had to go inside and get the truck checked out. Whoever is supposed to look at you picture and your driver's license must have been asleep because after waiting 10 minutes I gave up. There has got to be a better way! The people at the self storage were nice and helpful. No complaints with them.

GPS took us to the wrong location on a road that was named differently. By accident, I found the road with the facility.
Thomas SBasically had to connect trailer myself. Trailer wiring that connects to vehicle was broken into 2 pieces had to repair myself. Check in via phone would not work. Called the 1-800 number to check in lady said she could not check in all she could do is document. I asked her to email me something stating I had called and what it was regarding she stated she could not do that. I don't see why she could not do this with technology the way it is today. The rep I spoke with was Janie, this was Saturday 8/20/22 about 6:00 PM

He made sure we had contact info of someone who could help us if we had trouble picking up the truck. He also gave us directions of how to get to the location, which was helpful because GPS took us to the wrong place.

Robert S | Expérience généraleThe mobile pickup option was a horrible experience. The website crashed every time it needed to load a new page. What should have only taken a few minutes to pick up the truck ended up taken a hour. It was frustrating enough to make me never want to use Uhaul again.
Alex FInitially I had rented an outside space for my camping trailer. I was informed it was in a flood plain. We I got home and told my wife of the spot I rented she said she would not be comfortable with storing our new camping trailer in a flood plain. Russell was very nice to deal with and very forthright about the flood plain. I never actually moved the camper into the spot. I tried several times to stop by and see someone there to cancel the rental. But was finally able to get in there this past Saturday. I know it's probably not going to happen but even a partial refund would be appreciated.

ted sPlan on doing the self drop off. I called an hour before arriving, and again a half hour before arriving as per the instructions. Got a voicemail both times. Left the trailer outside the gated uhaul storage area.

Thomas Lcould never get ahold of any one both on site or when we called them. voicemail is always full. no dumpster on the premises, storage unit flooded and the workers basically shrugged. pricing was lower than other storage facilities but that was obviously for a reason.

Johnny HChanged the automatic pick up and drop off. It's a pain in the rear. And make sure people know that you have to pick the equipment within a certain time or it gets cancelled. Also , u haul needs a number they can call and not get put on hold for 20-25 minutes. I was so aggravated by the time we got the truck, I was ready to scream! I hope this helps with the automated service!

Michael CThe truck had a smell and wandered all over the road. I feel the renting of this uhaul was far too expensive. I expected to pay a lot less and get a lot more with uhaul. Very disappointed. I will give Penske or enterprise a shot next time I am in need of a rental box truck.
David RThe representative spent over 45 minutes trying to get information on the computer. She tried using both her cell phone and desktop computer. Once input, she was unable to get the system to print the agreement. I'm not sure if it was the Internet causing problems or her desktop. She did everything she could to provide good service.
Leslie CIt was hard to find a U-Haul facility in Middletown Ohio area that had the required equipment. Notably, a facility in Miamisburg Ohio was particularly NOT helpful. My next contact was with a facility in Lebanon Ohio and although they did not have the size trailer needed, she found one in nearby Monroe Ohio. She was VERY helpful.
DAVE RThe drop off location was not printed on the contract nor the location as I requested, which caused extra mileage and a day later for drop-off of the unit.

Donald BThe fuel tank should have been full, NOT 7/8 full whatever that is. Less than 100 miles Driven needing very close to 18 gallons of fuel to fill it upon return. Truck was clean. Checkout and check in were easy enough. Truck was comfortable. Other than receiving truck NOT completely full of fuel I have nothing to be critical of.
