I tried to call several times to confirm my drop-off day and time, but never got to talk to anyone. Left a message, but no return call. Dropped off the truck a day early and left the keys in a dropbox.

Ian HThis whole experience is was AWFUL if you plan on using the UHAUL to move like it’s intended DON’T. If you go over 60 MPH or up a hill with a load on it the AC goes completely out. Customer service won’t do anything
