At this location there was a better attempt at customer service. The woman in charge made a copy of my agreement and took a screen shot of my email information. She seemed puzzled that I was dropping the truck off there. Overall , not a good impression of U-haul or its employees.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and I was very satisfied. I would suggest that fuel tanks be full went rented. It's a bit of a hassel to pick up the truck and then have to go to a gas station to fill the tank. Also trying to have exactly the same amount of fuel in the partially filled tank that was there at the time of rental upon return is also a hassel. Full out ...Full in... is easy.

JODI AHonestly, both trucks I drove felt that they needed engine work maybe transmission they both had lights on that wouldn't shut off. I was kind of disappointed.
JODI AWe dropped off on Easter Sunday and did not expect to find an open place. The woman we spoke with was very nice and helpful. We are renting another truck next week and will choose this location again.

MICHAEL JWhile the process was simple enough, the gas tank was almost empty and the drivers door had to be slammed in order for it to close. Overall it was ok because it was an in town use and only about 3 hours.

JEFFREY RThe truck bed was dirty.The steering of the truck is faulty,lots of play.The rear roller door binds making it difficult to close. The gas level was marked as nearly half full when it was about 1/4 full or less. I had to spend about $25 more to fill it to the level she marked on the form. When I tried to give her the milage she said she did not need it. This makes me think they are billing off of the estimated milage which was 2x the actual milage traveled.

DEANNA MThe truck was a gas hog and had no shocks also every time you touch a gas pedal the engine sounded like it was going to blow up and Lovers Lane charged me $69,99 for no reason and gave me no reason for it so I would like to know why I was charged an extra $70 when I cleaned the vehicle the best I could it was rainy that night so my feet were muddy I couldn't do a better job I wish I could but I returned it on time I returned it at the right gas level but they still charge me an extra $70 and I would like to know why
WILLIAM RChains would not reach back to car dolly so I had to improvise. When traveling the wheel tie down on one tire came completely off 5 times that I remember. I returned this 3 days early and no discount!!

The only reason I know he rode around is because my sisters was outside sitting waiting on me and they saw him leaving riding around they cheapskates

The pickup was terrible, however I got to the location on time and the people had not yet opened the place of business so I had to wait until they opened before I could secure my rental. The place did not open until well after their posted open time.
