No complaints with this location. The issue I had was that I had to drive over 45 minutes to pick up my hauler because U-Haul couldn't find one closer!

The trailer was dirty when I went to pick it up. It took forever to rented even though I had a reservation. When I returned it I was charging additional $8 which I was not aware of and the lady said there was nothing she could do about it. I will never, repeat never, use facility again.

The lady that runs this office is to slow. She could use some help in her small office. Everyone is sitting in the same area and the computer screen can be viewed by everyone in the room. I take my privacy very serious.

The lovers lane location and management is very unprofessional and not efficient. The management women communications skills are poor and her computer system always seems to be down and slow. Their was a line out the door for no apparent reason. I would not recommend this location. I remember renting from here 4 years ago and it was the same. Uhaul you really need to go there and check her out. Poor representation of your service.

The trailer was functional but it had no means to lock the cargo area. The trailer was very old. Overall the experience was what one would expect renting a U-Haul Lol.

My rental confirmation had the Pak Mail location on Centre Ave listed however the facility was no longer in business. Not sure why they weee different.

The equipment was not available upon arrival. We had to come back an hour later until staff was able to obtain the correct tow dolly. Upon pick-up we discussed with staff that we would like to split the cost on two separate cards. She informed us that all payment would be figured out upon return. We returned the equipment after hours (as scheduled). We called as requested and staff said they’d send us an email in the morning. She charged a card on file the full balance. I immediately contacted her informing her that we would like the charged split on two cards, and not the card on file. It took 2 days to figure it out. In the process we were required to give our our card numbers over the phone 4 times. Two days later I have been charged twice for the rented equipment. I have been informed that I should be getting a refund for one of the two charges, but have not yet seen a refund. We are extremely unsatisfied with everything that has transpired and caution everyone who considers renting equipment from here.

Only change I would ask is that the website correct the size limit on each storage unit. The on I originally reserved did NOT fit up 1200 sq ft of apartment space. Otherwise, fast friendly service!!
