It took 10 minutes for someone come and help us at the desk even though they were open. They were then confused why we were dropping off a truck and entirety unhelpful when we described the seatbelt situation.

JOHNNY HThe drop off was perfect. I had no problems. The pickup was terrible, however I got to the location on time and the people had not yet opened the place of business so I had to wait until they opened before I could secure my rental. The place did not open until well after their posted open time.
