Everything was great, but the only minor issue I had was when I went to return the vehicle, I was told the front desk/building would be open until 7:00, I arrived at 6:35 and it was locked and no one answered the door or phone. I began doing the self drop off when someone came to the door about 10-15 minutes later and took care of everything very quickly. Overall, very good service.Timary F.
The truck wasn't swept out. The location owner called me Sunday morning regarding my reservation. I then showed up to pick up the uhaul and nobody answered the door. No one was answering the office phone. It took about 30 min to get a hold of someone in order to be able to get my reserved truck.Christopher B.

We filled the truck with gas before dropping it off. When we were filling it up, the pump clicked off automatically, so we put the cap on and drove it to the U-Haul office. As it turns out the gas gauge was slightly to le left of â€œFâ€. (this is how it was when we picked up the truck). The guy said he was going to charge us $8,25 because we did not turn it in full. After politely diagreeing with him, he said there will be no charge. When our final bill came via e-mail, the $8,25 was included on the bill. I called and they reversed it.BECKY H.

Everything looked good at pickup with the exception of the already known scrapes and dents. It was nearly freezing when I picked up the truck. What was not known until the drive south was the A/C in the truck does not work. Fighting the wind for over 600 miles with no A/C was torture.David H.
This location was unorganized and the people were hard to understand. I continued to get texts to confirm my reservation even after I had already picked up and dropped off my trailer. When my trailer was dropped off the man that worked there took pictures of the trailer and I was told I would receive a receipt which I did not until I called. The only reason I rented from here was because of it's location. The facility was nice, but the office was under construction so it was not welcoming.Amy O.

The locator said this was the closest location to me that had a cargo van, a bit of a drive to pick it up but needed that size, when I got there I had to take a bigger truck because the van had not been returned; a little upsetting because I wasn't comfortable driving such a big truck but had no choice. Uhaul system was very slow to process and I don't appreciate the price hike during demand. This truck was $150 more than two months prior. It's already pricey with the fuel costs.Michelle S.

I rented a dozen blankets but never used them nor took them out of the bags. It was my understanding that when they were returned unused, I would not be charged. When I got my statement, I was charged, so I am not sure what the rules are for that. That being said I really like the people and place I rented from they were friendly and courteous.Charles H.

Lower prices, milage and add on fees are too high. Also too many steps in the check in and check out process. With the pictures if you don't have good internet your in trouble it may take a very long time.Brad P.

We had requested pick up of the 26' truck at Schoolcraft, MI as we had a crew coming to help us move. At the last minute, we got a voicemail message that our location had moved to Lovers Lane. We had to call and reschedule our packers to later time. Our items were in storage at the Schoolcraft location, so was disappointing since we had booked weeks in advance.gary B.

Make sure the vehicle trailer is better maintained. It took me 45 minutes to load and unload a vehicle because the straps were rusty.Corey C.
The first impression of the office area caused me to have second thoughts. It appears to be part of an addition to a home that is not fully completed. That said, the truck was ready and being warmed up for me, the staff was responsive. I would rent from them again.Kimm M.
I don't hold them personally accountable unless they are responsible for maintaining the equipment. This was the last 26 foot U-Haul in town so I was very happy to use it and it worked excellently for what I needed it to do. But, the front end suspension and steering is definitely due for some service. It is not dangerous but the wrong driver might find it easier to make a mistake that somebody has experiences myself. The woman was great and even handled our mistakes promptly and correctly I will return in the future from our serviceRobert P.

Based off of the reservation process, I knew that I was going to be charged a mileage fee. However, I had no idea that I would then ALSO be required to replace any gas that I used. This type of "nickel and diming" is exactly what puts a bad taste in customers' mouths.Jordan C.
I unfortunately could not understand everything she was saying to me. She has a very heavy accent. She was friendly though. The pick up truck was dirty on the outside, they stated no time to have it washed. The inside though was clean and still smelled new. They did agree to give me a credit for the appearance of the vehicle. I would go back, if ever I need U-Haul again.annette F.

There was a taillight hanging out of the truck we had and the driver's side door didn't secure properly which caused for lots of wind noise and the sensor to sound the entire drive. The customer service there was also poor as they didn't understand our requests or confirm anything we asked them to confirm. The office is also half finished and unorganized.BRANDIE ELLEN P.

1. Park the truck where the app says it is. 2. Put the appliance cart we ordered inside the truck (it was simply in the middle of the driveway and so we assumed it was the one we added to our order. Also, we paid for an appliance cart and it was only a utility cart (I think we're owed a refund for that). 3. How about some directions for opening the key lock? It was absolutely freezing and I couldn't figure out how to open the key lock (in the dark mind you, a light would have helped). I could not read that the black dial needed to be turned once the code was entered. That should be included in the instructions on the app. 4. The check in process; where do I start? How about a heads up on how long that process is going to take? We should have known ahead of time all of the information that we would need so that we could be prepared, not to mention that you would actually need to contact them. It would have been nice to inform someone to expect a call, especially at 7:30am on a Saturday morning. We were lucky that call was even answered. That process was incredibly inconvenient. I was not happy! I have/had intentions to use U-Haul again in the very near future. I'm going to expect this to be made right or I'll take my services elsewhere.Joseph M.
