Said it was 7/8ths full on receipt yet when I got in it it was right below 3/4 so that's what I filled it back up to. Check engine light came on. Steering was sloppy, and returning it was a headache. Couldn't get access to the gate using the app like they said to so I left it in front of the gate after messing with the app for 45 minutes.Thomas B.

I made arrangements Monday to pick up a trailer on Wednesday at 8777 Brighton rd unit a 80640 at 7:00 am nobody showed I called the phone # not being able to leave a message because his message box was full after waiting over an hour I called u haul total disrespect for me and my time he had my phone # and e mail nothing was ever sent your gal on the U-Haul 1800 #or 1877 ?really helped me out not only was I stood up but another customer was waiting and upset to you need to find another distributor other the universal coach works I will let others know about my experience my time and money was spent waiting witch I can't get back can you compensate me for thatTim R.

After hours drop off box is 5 minute drive away from the location you drop off the vehicle at. Couldn't use the after hours drop off the website couldn't confirm my location and I was on hold for 45 minutes with customer serviceZach C.

There was a lot with a bunch of trucks behind a locked gate at this location but my truck was not there. It was at least a mile down the road, on the side of the road where you had to walk through brush to inspect the truck. There also was not even ample room around the truck to safely inspect it. The address should be for where the truck really is, the lot with other trucks was very confusing and I spent a lot of time not understanding I wasn't in the right spot, since the check in process checked my location and said that I was in the right spot. Once I did find the truck, the instructions on finding the lockbox with the key were very unclear. The picture was a wide view without good indication of where in that 50ft range the box might be. Overall pick up here was very confusing and stressful.Amy W.

It just takes a long time to do the check ins. It seems like computer issues. We always reserve the truck at home on the computer then when we get there we go through alot of the same questions we had already filled out pryor to going in to get the truck.John T.

Need a sign to say there's an office in the store. Spent 30 mi a trying to figure out your app. Then walked in the food market and there was a uhaul office. My wife said it was the hardest app she every had to figure out and that's her job. Must be a more simple way to return a rental on your app. What if we didn't have a smart phone. There are many people who do t have a smart phone. Biggest complaint no sign say uhaul office inside.ROBERT S.
We rented a 15' truck which was advertised for 19,95 $ in the window. Upon return it was noted on our receipt they charged us 29,95 $. When we asked about the false advertising of the price we were told "sorry, prices are set by U-haul and we cant change them". We also turned in the truck full of gas and showed proof with a receipt however they said the "pin" wasn't all the way past the full and charged an additional 18 $for gas. We will not use this location again. Customer service was mediocre at best and they nickel and dime you like crazy. We have used U-haul in the past and have always like their rentals, this experience makes me think twice about using them in the future.AMY G.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that I am unable to try to put in a reservation for a cargo trailer online for more than 7 days!!! Lulus farm was super helpful and got me what I needed for how long I needed it!!! The uhaul website though is a joke and the uhaul customer service phone line is absolutely ridiculous!!!Kara R.

First off im very unhappy with rhe buisness done at the uhaul location 13201 e 144th ave Brighton CO because ii was over charged alot. Not only did i get over charged but when i was returning the rental truck after hours all i did was fallow the "CHECK-IN" prompt given to me at uhaul.com i was approached by i think was the person incharge of the trucks after hours and was very very rude and disrespectful to where he snatched the keys from my hands and said "GET THE F....K OUT OF HERE" because he said i parked the truck in the wrong place afterhours even though i parked it in the same exact spot i had took it from. We didn't get the trailer we reserved because one of the tail lights didn't work. This caused major issues with our move as they didn't have another trailer available. We ended up having to higher movers costing us more money.Robert B.

The area where I picked up my Uhaul truck was a closed down farm (LuLu's Farm), I went to the wrong address first because apparently they moved a block or so away. There were lock boxes to pick up the keys for the Uhaul, but the one I needed to open (lock box 1) was stuck and someone had put the lock on backwards making it nearly impossible to open. Luckily, we were able to get the key out after trying for over 15 minutes or so. The people that left the truck last, left barely any gas in it. It had 30 miles till empty, so I had to go to the gas station which made me late to meet the movers I hired. I left the Uhaul with 1/4 tank of gas in it, as requested for the next person. Returning the truck was not as bad since I only had to drop the keys in the return key box after locking up the truck. Overall, didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.Cathy S.
