This location does not have after-hours drop off, and they lock the gate to their lot at 6pm. The biggest problem is that they did not tell me any of this when I received my keys and asked them if I could park my car on their lot. Because of this, not only did I have the inconvenience of driving the truck down to their lot late at night only to find it locked, but I also had to call into work today because my only vehicle was locked behind their gate until 9am. This is bad policy. It also goes to show the level that this location chooses to operate at since the only thing it would take for them to have after-hours drop offs would be to add lock boxes and signage... Oh, and to not lock customers cars behind gates without telling them.
