Tire pressure gauge was on when I picked up truck and for the entire length of my long journey. Even though I took the attendant's word that the pressure was fine and the agude just a faulty connection, it was a bit unnerving to drive 500km. In the end, everything turned out ok.David L.

The pickup location was dangerous. When dropping off the van I witnessed a hit and run and a large group of people loudly yelling at eachother smashing glass on the street, and the store owner said his drop box for keys regularly gets stolen from and tampered with. In addition, there aren't any spots to safely park the uhaul truck. The gentleman at the store was very polite and accommodating.Louise R.

Provide free wi-fi so customers can complete vehicle inspection online when they don't have a connection. Provide a USB cable/phone charger along with the keys or in the van so that customers can charge their phones while navigating and driving if they forgot their cable or didn't think to bring one.Joshua M.

I got super overcharged for fuel costs. I was told to only fill-up the tank to the halfway point, and although I was only SLIGHTLY under the halfway point, I was charged what seemed to be a fee to fill the tank up to fill (approx $127). I was literally a hairline under the halfway mark of the tank, so at most I should have only been charged a couple dozen dollars AT MOST. Really annoyed at this, and am fully expecting a refund for this overcharge. Otherwise the location was easy enough to use (although a bit random to pick up a uHaul in a convenience store), and the guys inside were kind. Uhaul itself was super easy to drive even though it was my first time doing so.KAREEN S.

They gave me a truck with a tank a quarter full. I drove it 7 miles. They claimed I didn't replace gas and then charged me for 8 litres of gas and a $30 fee. I was scammed.Andre D.

Ahmad at the store: 1) Cancelled the original reservation at $99 with 150 kilometers and 24 hours as given by your agent to me, for his financial gain, and charged me more. 2) Upon return of truck moments ago on time and with same gas allowance as found, Ahmad told me, a loyal and worthy customer, that he regretted renting the truck to me in a rude and belligerent manner. Paid online and then at the counter they said that price had been incorrect and charged me more! I reserved an appliance dolly and furniture pads, and on arrival was told they don't ever have those items at that location. If I had known at the time of booking, I could have prepared, but instead was left without the equipment I really needed for the move. The agent was apologetic and it seems like a customer service issue with the UHaul booking site.CHRISTOPHER P.

I drove 13 miles, but the receipt emailed to me the next day showed 115 miles! Tried 10 times to call them to fix this, but they never picked up nor returned my call; and the email address on the receipt was invalid. Took multiple emails with headquarters to get this fixed. The experience was not pleasant, our location of pick up was changed the day before pick up. NO ONE could tell us how to get there from our original pick up spot. Which ended up 30 mins away from where we were supposed to pick up. It was a convenient store with nothing stating it was UHaul spot. Gentleman behind the counter was nice, but never checked the returned uhaul. We had to go back in with a picture of the gas not being full as we were charged. It was below half a tank. When we tried to complain about the location change, we were told if made online no guarantee for pick up location. We did not do it online , we spoke to a person at the location we wanted. Then we were told it was a busy time and our reservation was a suggestion not a guaranteed reservation. BUT they could not show us where it said Suggested or non guaranteed pick up in our email from 27 days earlier from pick up date. They then tried to charge us extra for the moved location because it put us over the limit, the customer service representative would NOT answer our questions. Told us he was done talking to us and it was a non guaranteed reservation. STILL NO IDEA what that means.drew S.

My rental was meant to run until 8pm. Why was I charged an extra day, and at $109?? I picked up the van with Â½ a tank of gas, and returned it with slightly over that. Why was I charged for 7 Litres of fuel? I tried calling but can't get through to anyone after waiting over an hour.Allon R.

Hi there Rented a uHaul cargo van today and drive is 16km's I was charged a $23,15 fuel charge!!! How is that possible, ridiculous When I picked it up he said it was a little less than half. Drove 16km, added a few dollars worth of gas before dropping off, and now get charged $23!? Please correct this and remove the fuel charge, thank youdavid C.

The self check in was fine, getting the key was fine. The truck was filthy in the cab, food debris, discarded mask on the floor, dirty floor, smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no key for the cargo lock.Jereme F.

This location has the friendliest and most upstanding staff. This is the second time I've used them and each time, my impression has only improved of them. I ordered trolly and blankets online. But when I was there to pick up the truck and the stuff, he said that he ran out! he put me in a very difficult position just when I am started to move. he put all my stuff and furniture in jeopardy getting scratched and damaged. And when I asked him the reason why although I have ordered it online .. his answer was he just ran out. Like go deal with it your way. I am very disappointed.Jawad A.
