I had a reservation at 11:30 am, but the person that had the truck took an extra 20 min to arrive, so at the end I got the truck 11:50 am. Lost 20 min of my elevador reservation just because of Uhaul.

My destination is 448 Osiris Dr, Richmond Hill, but the system set the drop-off location at 1736 Eglinton Ave, which is 30 km away from my home. It cost me an additional $50 for rent and $15 for gas. I needed an explanation, but I failed by calling customer service. I still need an explanation!
Xuegang LThe staff should check the truck before the next customer. They charge me a cleaning fee for their negligence. Staff was too lazy to check the truck after returning to them.
