Sean IFirst truck had a tire audibly leaking area. Front left tire had 28 lbs of air. I had to return the vehicle after adding air and it continually dropping air pressure.
Scott MAssociates were nice. But they didn't have the truck we reserved. However, they offered us a bigger truck same price. And turned out we actually needed the bigger truck. I didn't like the location of where we picked the truck up.

marsha mI returned the vehicle at 1/4 tank of gas, which is what I took it out at. I put 35 miles. I was over charged at a new total of $111. It should have been $50 total. $35 for rental +insurance. And mileage. I want a refund

GEORGE Sit rained 100 % of the time that i had the truck. the driver side windshield wiper was broken and kept coming off. i spent more time on the side of the road fixing the wiper than i did driving the truck.. not to mention the fact that i was SOAKING WET due to the malfunction. very inconvenient. very frustrating.
amber cthis is an easy location to get in and out of. the truck was great to drive, worked fine and was clean when we picked it up. they have parking available if you need to leave your other vehicle there. very efficient office staff who got the paperwork done quickly. very happy with our experience.

James HThis location went above and beyond! After placing my reservation at another location that was still not open after my pick up time, I was able to reschedule to this location. I made it to the store 15 mins early & they were still accommodating. I was greeted by Shannon as I entered & she explained the process in detail with a smile & was so personable. I then got the keys & the truck was already running with the heater going, immaculately cleaned & smelling good. I have rented U-Haul's before but never have I received this type of service & rental. If needed, I will definitely use this location again. Je les recommande chaudement.

Clifford CThe staff was incredibly rude. He told me I look nothing like my license and asked if I'm sure it's me. The truck was missing the gas cap and the check engine light was on. There was a large dent in the hood and a whole I'm the bed of the truck so if it rains everything will be damaged. The staff need training.
