Maintain the trucks better. The truck was saying a tire needed air. I told the attendant and he said I would be ok. There was not a thing in the back of the truck to let out to walk up on when loading. When I got back and was ready to check out I had to wait on a different attendant to finish going to the trunk of his car and talking to a female fur at least 15 minutes. Very unprofessional! I would not rent from here again!

Barton S(1) I was told that I would get a refund/discount for returning the truck by 11:00 on Sunday rather than on Tuesday. We rushed to unload and return it but apparently there is no discount. (2) I had provided the driver's license and information before pickup day. However, we were required to provide another photo of the license ON THE PERSONAL PHONE of the employee. This seems inappropriate and sketchy. Why did we need to provide another photo of the driver's license?
