My only complaint i guess would have is that it was a little pricey. I didn't expect the add ons that there were. Just didnt think i would have to pay almost 100 for a truck that was supposed to be 29,95 a day. But other than that, checking it out and returning it was super easy. Instructions were clear. Staff in the store was very very kind and helpful. Although pricey, I would use again if needed.

Daniel LThe location needs to check trucks before customer pickup and their needs to be a minimum amt of gas required. The truck hadn't been cleaned out, there were dirty socks, trash, sticky lollipop sticks, and furniture pads all over the cargo area. We had to wait for it to be cleaned. Also, there was zero gas in the truck. We had to go across the street to gas it before we could go anywhere. Thankfully one was close by. Both things put us behind schedule and we're quite inconvenient for the price I paid for the truck. They also did not have the amt of pads in stock that I ordered. We were shorted a dozen.
WILLIAM GHandling situations exactly as these professional people did when picking up the vehicle as well as dropping off the vehicle. Both very curious efficient and helpful

Nathan FI was to return my U-Haul at 9:00:00AM, though after 16 hour's of moving I over slept. So I was in total 30 minute's late of returning the U-Haul, during so I received a phone call from the place I rented it from. They was asking if I was bringing it back due to a customer in the store waiting to pick it up. My only suggestion would be, do not rent out a U-Haul until it is returned 100 % available to be picked up. I am sure the customer waiting for it was angry as it probably delayed them, rightfully so! I would of been to if somebody screwed up my plan's because they was late! Though, other then that, I give U-Haul as well as the MK Sale's/Mifflintown Hardware a 100 %! Will definitely rent from them again if need be!!

Mathew BI was dropping off the truck after their business hours. I called and Eric was very friendly and gave me simple instructions for the drop off. I called in Mon. to make sure everything was ok on their end and Meghan was was pleased with the return and I compliment her as well.

Lori LI reserved the truck weeks in advance. We were told the day before we had to go to another location. We wen to the new location which was so out of the way. There was no truck. We were told there may not be a truck at all!!! this is unacceptable !!! They called 1,5 hours later to say that there was a truck. I have never in my life had such a bag experience with a company better,. It is a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!
