Easy pickup and even easier drop off. Great company!
Tina PThe location and all who helped us rent the U-Haul were excellent. However, on our trip the truck would not start after having stopped at a rest area. MK Sales directed us to your 800 number which we called. They gave us options to get the truck started again, and we did get it started again. For us, we felt it inappropriate that we should have had to deal with a battery issue when we were on a tight schedule to pick up our cargo. Since we have to rent a truck next week again to go a longer distance, this does not give us a great deal of confidence.
