The truck SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN RENTED OUT FOR LONG DISTANCE....ALMOST KILLED ME.
David KI order a smaller trailer with an appliance dolly and received mother in order after ordering 3 weeks in advance. 8 hours away from home and this is what I get. Poor service and we don't care attitude.

Aram BWe appreciate your patience with all the snow in Colorado. We had to keep changing the date until it was safe to go over the Wolf Creek Pass to South Fork. Very nice people on both ends. All the phone calls with very helpful people on your end. Thank you so much .

Armen NThe Uhaul was at the counter of a gas station mini-mart. Upon return I accidentally left the brake light hookup on my bumper. When I returned the next day to inquire about it the Uhaul attendant was super short with me and said, "what do you want me to do about it." I was only asking if he happened to see it in the gas station lot. I won't be going back here for any future rentals. I'll gladly drive a few more mins to another location.

When I returned the vehicle today and he saw me outside-he again called me by name. He runs an efficient operation! I will continue to rent there from time.
Linda HService rep was late 20 minutes. Pick up time was 9am and due to rep being late to her start time my moving plans were delayed which caused a disruption my plan and required shifting my schedule. Very unprofessional. Location was hard to find. Will not recommend.

Robert AAfter my reservation and almost time for pickup, I got a call that no trucks are available! I was counting on my reservation to run some errands. I ended up taking the van they had, but I didn't reserve a van, just took it because I was left with no choice. The van smelled bad and they got the amount of gas the vehicle had wrong. Had to go back and correct the paperwork or else I would have to pay a lot more. Luckily I caught it! I rent all the time and wish I can go to this location because it's near, but it's risky going to this one.
MOHAMMAD HI booked my reservation for 8am mobile pick up. Was not able to pick up until 9am, causing me to be behind all day. The truck was in awful condition. Trash leftover from the previous renter and gunk all over the dashboard. Driving the vehicle felt unsafe. Extremely hot air was blowing thru a crack in the body directly onto my right foot (used to accelerate and brake). The airstream was likely escaping from the engine under the hood.
reza bAttendant was trying to charge me for full tank of gas. Good thing I tool a picture before I drove away. Passenger Seat belt was broken. Not a friendly attendant.
Joseph SI feel I was overcharged. I was unable to refill the tank to the amount it was at when I picked up the truck, because there was a famous rapper and his entourage blocking every pump so the man charged me 30 I don't think it would have taken that much to refill the tank. I will not rent from that place again. I think they should refund me my 30.00.

I've usually had great service- but this was extremely disappointing and made my workload much more difficult with a smaller truck

ROBERT BFix the broken tire pressure sensor so I can drive safely knowing if the tire pressure is dangerously low instead of just seeing it say the tire is dangerously low my whole drive. Maybe sweep the inside of the uhaul so there aren't little plastic pieces of trash and an old McDonald's French fry box inside of it. Clean the wheel so it doesn't get black stuff on my hands. Clean the windshield so I can see clearly when I drive.
Lily PVery unorganized, and I was very surprised when the employe asked me to pay for the gas in cash.
