Truck was left unlocked. No key in lockbox. Lady working claims she doesn't handle U-Haul. However, once we complained she found the key. I called the regional number I was given. Was told no managers were available and I would have to call back. EXTREMELY, a horrible experience.

STEVEN FWhen we picked it up, the van was filled with dirt from a prior client. We had to spend a few hours cleaning it out entirely before being able to use it, as our load had to have a clean interior environment. Also, the jack and dolly were missing, and the amount of gas on the check out receipt was more than was actually in the van. I see that we may have been charged an extra amount and am waiting for a final receipt to see what that was, since we feel that we returned the van in much better condition than it was given to us in! It was cleaner and had extra gas in it.
