The first location I reserved the van at was closed. I had to call customer service who redirected me to the 63 Polk location. This location was fine. The service was respectful, but I was charged a cleaning fee even though I cleared up the van. I will not use U-Haul again.
JAKE BInformation wasn't explained, 150 miles doesn't even get me from point A to B on my trip. I had to go to a different location to pick up materials I had already purchased. I'm lucky I called ahead because the pickup location of the truck was wrong and they didn't have the truck there, it was at this location the review is about

Salvatore MUHaul should change their pricing structure so it's just a flat rate per time, the per mile pricing ends up being expensive
SHUEY MI only chose this location because the previous location couldn't allow us to rent a van. Poor customer service on the backend. Do better Uhaul.
Crystal MWe had to wait for more than an hour for the truck I reserved to be returned and the location did not have the equipment I reserved (dolly + blanket), forcing us to drive to another, larger location about a mile away and spend more time renting these on a separate contract. This is after my original pick-up location was changed to this one by you. You should have changed it to the much larger location nearby, not this one.

RONALD WThey refused to take Amex and said "it's not us, it's uhaul". I know that was a lie. Also, They initially wrote up the contract with inaccurate mileage and fuel reading, which would have been advantageous to them and not to me.
Jason OI thinks everyone need to wipe the inside down after they drive it do to the status of the world today .client's can just bring a wipe and wipe the things they touch in the inside where we sit to drive. Due to covid. But other then that everything was good.

Once left alone and with the Current State trying to reach Customer Service is time consuming and I experienced being transferred a number of times until I was able to connect to some who could actually walk me through the process.

GUSTAN OIt seemed like this was a bee service for this Neighborhood Dealer so I would give them a little more training. They were very nice, so I was patient with them but I would definitely use them again!
