Per mile rate little bit high today i am pay 22 mile somthing 40 doller and rent for 3 hour only 19,65 somthing other wise service very good also truck new clean everything perfact

The first location I reserved the van at was closed. I had to call customer service who redirected me to the 63 Polk location. This location was fine. The service was respectful, but I was charged a cleaning fee even though I cleared up the van. I will not use U-Haul again.

Information wasn't explained, 150 miles doesn't even get me from point A to B on my trip. I had to go to a different location to pick up materials I had already purchased. I'm lucky I called ahead because the pickup location of the truck was wrong and they didn't have the truck there, it was at this location the review is about

UHaul should change their pricing structure so it's just a flat rate per time, the per mile pricing ends up being expensive

I only chose this location because the previous location couldn't allow us to rent a van. Poor customer service on the backend. Do better Uhaul.

We had to wait for more than an hour for the truck I reserved to be returned and the location did not have the equipment I reserved (dolly + blanket), forcing us to drive to another, larger location about a mile away and spend more time renting these on a separate contract. This is after my original pick-up location was changed to this one by you. You should have changed it to the much larger location nearby, not this one.

The gentleman handling the paperwork for us was very helpful and very patient as we don't often rent a truck. We appreciate his expertise and guidance very much.

I also rented a dolly and furniture blankets which were not in the back of the truck on inspection.

I was sent to another location before this one that did not have the truck I reserved. Then this location was closed and I had to wait a half hour on the phone to get the Keys.

Hire some people with a brain not just a heartbeat. The absolute worst rental experience in the history of automobiles

They refused to take Amex and said "it's not us, it's uhaul". I know that was a lie. Also, They initially wrote up the contract with inaccurate mileage and fuel reading, which would have been advantageous to them and not to me.

I thinks everyone need to wipe the inside down after they drive it do to the status of the world today .client's can just bring a wipe and wipe the things they touch in the inside where we sit to drive. Due to covid. But other then that everything was good.

They are not actually open on weekends. Had to call customer service to enable online pick up because it wasn't available to me on the webpage at all.

Everything was clean, easy check in process, smooth in and out routine with everything emailed to you so you know how much gas and mileage you started with

Suggest Customer view a Tutorial before picking up any Vehicle or Equipment. Once left alone and with the Current State trying to reach Customer Service is time consuming and I experienced being transferred a number of times until I was able to connect to some who could actually walk me through the process.

It seemed like this was a bee service for this Neighborhood Dealer so I would give them a little more training. They were very nice, so I was patient with them but I would definitely use them again!
