I didn't actually interact with a human at pick-up or drop-off but both the mobile device processes went smoothly. The major reason the move went smoothly was the effort Maya put into helping me find the right truck when she called me after my initial on-line reservation was made.

Customer service. The instructions need to be clarified and the prices are too high outside of the standard uHaul price. This is the first time I had to pay for mileage. Will not return.

We had a great experience with the truck But, one of the uhaul employees was rude to my husband when he dropped the truck off and wasn’t sure how to check out.

USE ANY OTHER LOCATION. This location does not answer their phones. They did not have the moving pads that I requested available, but still charged me for them until a different location called and had them take the charge off. I dropped the equipment off after hours and nobody told me that I had to check it in online, so I was charged for an extra day. Then I contacted UHaul customer service who also couldn't get ahold of them. Now I'm waiting for an official complain to be processed so I can be refunded for the extra day of rental that I was charged. Terrible service!

We booked the truck ahead of time and was quoted a price we get there 9 a.m. when store opens they have is booked for one way it took close to an hour to get it straightened out and then it ended up costing us more money because we needed the truck for a two-way which we booked and apparently the person quoted as a weekday right and not a weekend rate poor customer service and then on top of that we returned the truck on Saturday when it was supposed to be returned on Sunday and Monday we get an email stating non returned equipment just a hassle! We used you because we had issues with budget but it seems like it's all rental places!

No issues with the location. The truck did have several unreported large scratches, but they didn’t bother us. The reason only gave 2 stars was due to the web site pick up. From the moment we got there it took way too long! The verification process (once you take your picture)took at least 20 min. No one wants to just sit there for 10 min waiting for an associate.

No improvements at all. My experience was enhanced by the U-Haul representative, Mrs. Margaret. She welcomed me with a friendly smile and her professionalism is unsurpassed in business these days. The reservation was made effortlessly and with me being a first-timer, I will surely recommend this location ALL OVER social media. Kudoes to the U-Haul on Langdon Farm. Simply the best !!

The place was closed so I did the return process on line. That was fine. I received a phone call this morning stating that I was going to be charged a cleaning fee and that the furniture pads(which I left half in the plastic and the other half folded up in the back after we used them) needed to be folded again. I took pictures with the return process as uhaul asked me too. I left the truck in the same condition it was given to me and only had it for 3 hours.

There was no one to give me keys at the first location I was supposed to pick up the rental from. This was already changed from the location I had originally scheduled. Driving to the new location did cause us to lose time in the day of moving. The customer service reps were very helpful and I know none of the issues that happened were within their control but they worked to provide solutions.

Paid to have uhaul from 9am-1pm, the lady checking us in was very nice but a little to chatty when your on a time crunch. I'm sorry, but on a day where Im suppose to have 4 hours to move I don't really have time to talk about her night out. Got there at 9am but it took almost 40 minutes to actually get the uhaul. The uhaul was swept and any garbage was removed from van before returning it, yet I was still charged a $25 fee for "cleaning". I would love to know what needed to be done that was worth $25. I called Mack Storage and was transfered to uhaul customer service who told me I needed to contact Mack Storage about the issues.

This pick up location was great however this was the third one I was given.. The first did not have the equipment, which was not an issue. I received email about the second, with request to confirm, I was unable to confirm equipment due to telephone problems so I traveled to the location to find the gate chained and locked.. That is why I requested another location. This was terrible coordination of locations and a waste of my time to confirm equipment. There needs to be large improvement of location to location communication.
