I was charged for apparently not putting the gas gauge back to above the 1/2 mark. Luckily I had taken a picture of the gas gauge so customer service will be crediting me the bogus charge. Not all customers would catch that, but I refuse to be charged for something that I shouldn't be.Kathleen K.

I was very frustrated with uhaul. Our pickup location was changed the day before causing us to drive 30 minutes out of our way to go pick up our truck and add on more mileage. Then we called our drop off location if we could keep the truck an extra hour and they agreed as the time difference from illinois to Ohio actually allowed us an extra hour than stated. We then received a bill for the uhaul being checked in a day late, even though we did drop it off on time. They said they will be refunding us so I am keeping my eye out, but it was still overall not a great experience for us.Greg S.
The app was horrible. Would not let me upload pics. Took 30min and gave up. Had to login online. Everything else was goodSeth B.
Hire more competent employees. I was charged for a dolly I never used, charged for gas that I replenished, the representative had no change, forcing me to do their job for them and go get change only to still be given incorrect change. Throughout this process I was served with a sour attitude and zero professionalism. I want my money back for the dolly that was never used.Ryan K.
