I dropped the truck off with 3/4 tank of fuel like I was supposed to, but they charged me for 2 gallons $7,65 and said I dropped it off with 5/8 tank of fuel. Other than that, it went well.

Stephen GI live 1,7 miles from the pick up location. We drove the truck home, loaded it and drove drove 1,9 miles to the storage unit. We left the storage location and drove 0,5 miles to Kroger gas and put gas that totaled $7. The uhaul return location is directly in front of the gas station . Truck was parked. I was billed for gas on final receipt and the store said the gage showed that I did not return to original state. Think this is additional way to increase their money? Small amounts add up. I will not use again or recommend this location. Integrity issue.

Kurt HThe trailer was in bad shape! After picking it up, I was driving down the road and the hit a small bump and the hitch came off and I spun and swerved all over the road. I was scared to death! The items inside the trailer went everywhere, several things broke! Two cars stopped to help me get the trailer back on to my car. THEN.....about 20 minutes later, I hear a loud pop and the trail starts rolling funny. I get myself over to the side of I-20 freeway and get out to see I have a tire that is blown. The tire was in horrible shape, thin, no treads, and should not have been on the road to begin with!! I should NOT have to pay for this rental.

Saw a couple of negative comments onbherr, sounds more like the U Haul company, then the establishment renting the vehicles. I would HIGHLY recommend Mail Central to rent a vehicle or trailer.

The owner told us out her mouth and to our face that if we went past our deadline we could keep the truck and we would ONLY be charged an additional $39,95 for another day of rental. We were then contacted by Uhaul telling us we owed $141 or they would report the truck stolen. Even after explaining all the event uhaul told us we could extend the rental and only pay $65. We paid the $65 and when we returned the truck we were then charged another $78 without notifying us on why the extra charge was there. The truck was old and outdated and the brakes barely worked, the truck barely went over 35 mph even completely empty. The associates had a terrible attitude when we called confused on why uhaul wanted $141. Troy is the owner and Minnie is the extremely rude associate we spoke to. They were inconsiderate and would not honor what the owner told us on camera to our face. I do not recommend this location to anyone and implore that uhaul sever their connection with them immediately before more unhappy consumers come out.

Samantha KI booked a truck for 2 days and the pick up location didn't see it. I called uhaul no less the 7 times to confirm ( and changes someone kept making at uhaul) the next day in the middle of the move, they called me wanting to know where HIS truck was!! I said I extended and he said no you didn't! So called uhaul AGAIN and they confirm it was extended and all he needed to do is look at the screen. WORST experience ever. I cried so much during this horrible experience in fear I would be pulled over for stolen uhaul!! Never will I rent again! Oh also the over charge me, it was a customer service agent that caught that! The only good thing was it was fixed

Randall CDo not rent a U-Haul from here. We only drove to Marietta and back with no detours and they charged us for 142 miles. A.k.a. double the amount that we actually drove. Of course we did not get a response when we brought this up. We may have to take this up with our credit card company Whether it was them reading the odometer incorrectly or something else, the lack of response when we reached out shows exactly the type of people you're dealing with

GYWANNA TThe first thing is don't tell lies to customers. I reserved a truck , appliance dolly and 12 furniture pads. The location din't have the items so I had to go to another 20 mins from my home. On top of that they didn't have the appliance dolly or furniture pads so I had to go to a third location to find them and they only had 5 pads. I moved to Ga in 2015 and used Penske and after dealing with you I will never recommend U-haul to anyone.

Tyrone RI assumed that since I made reservations online for this truck along with the equipment needed to complete my move of a complete living room set from a two story home before my new furniture arrived the next day and even though I clarified everything needed when I picked up the truck I didn’t realize that none of the the equipment needed was in the truck as stated so needless to say I wasn’t able to use the truck for what I paid for because I was pressed for time to get the furniture to a Woman’s shelter before they closed at 5:30 and since I didn’t have the equipment needed to get the furniture out in a timely manner I wasted money on the u-haul and had to get someone else to come over and get it :(
Pamela AIt was a little dirty in the front drivers seating. The cups holder had sticky thing in it.I had to clean it a bit. It wasn't too bad,but good have been better.
Regine FUhaul 24/7 is horrible! I requested to pick up my truck at a location that was most convenient for me and my move. Unbeknownst to me the location was changed to a 24/7 location. The distance was further from my original location. When I arrive I was not able to check in via phone and spent two hours being transferred from person to person on 1 800 U-Haul. It took 2 hours before someone was able to help me get checked in and actually drive off with my rental.

If I could have returned the trailer closer to my location then it would not have been late. I talked to the dispatch person and she said that she would extend the time due till 5:00 pm. Clearly, one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. The drop-off site was a parking lot by the way with no signage and it took me 50 minutes to get there.

SHARON SThe link to agree or dispute damage was expired when we received it. The last who checked us in said there was a dolly to use if we wanted and it would be a $7 charge. We did not need to use one but it was not In the back as she said. We did not want to get to charged for it. Tried calling no answer. Also there was fresh paint on left front hood not marked. We had no way to report it because link was expired....

Heather AThe on-line sign-in process was awful. I was 25 minutes late picking up the truck at 6 PM EST. Software said the GPS locator failed and I was not at the correct location. Called the number given and was told after 10 minutes it was because I was past the 6 PM pick-up time - STUPID!!!! Also had an issue with the truck. The parking brake release is hidden and not identified with any arrow or decal. Had to Google the problem where it showed numerous similar complaints for this model U-Haul truck.
