My only complaint is the fuel level when I received the vehicle. It was between 1/2 and 3/4. Trying to judge exactly how to get back to that level is difficult and I ended up spending more on refill that needed. If the units were full, then there is no guessing on how much to refill. Other than that, no complaints

Truck was very dirty in the inside of the cab
TERESA HI feel it is terrible when I 78 year-old man has to lift a tow dolly up and put it on the hitch and hook everything up by himself with no assistance from anyone. This is twice in a row this has happened to me and I am not at all happy with it.
JAMES HI believe the vehicles should be cleaned and wiped down more times than not. The truck was dusty all over and it smelled. The third party locations never seem to get that right or clean the vehicles often.
MICHAEL CThe motorcycle trailer that I rented was very banged up. The left rear corner was so damaged that the license plate was nearly unreadable, and I’ve rented it twice now several months apart with the same damage. The location also forces customers to block a fire lane in order to pull around and have an employee take a picture of the hookup. Lastly, I was charged for 2 days of use when I only used the trailer for several hours. This is partially the fault of the extremely buggy U-Haul app and website, because I couldn’t check the trailer back in when returning it. Thankfully I noticed the extra charges and called the location and they removed them without incident. But it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
