arlene wThis is more the website than the location. Online I had reserved a van to be picked up at this location and drop it off at another location. But then the representative at this location told me I would be charged extra if I dropped it off at another location. That was annoying because I had made the reservation online using the feature provided by U-Haul to drop it off somewhere else. It also didn't help that I had originally reserved the van from another location first but then a text was sent to me saying the van might not be available, recommending I pick it up from the aforementioned location above. I had agreed assuming the experience would be similar. I had also reserved two hand trucks but the location didn't have any so I was left to reserve dollys.

DAVID AThe attendant was rude and unprofessional. I had to wait five minutes for him show up and was greeted with "YOU'RE LATE", this after I had alerted U-Haul I was going to pick up the van an hour later than scheduled. Never again, I'll pick on the BQE.
Stephane DThe woman I dealt with was very difficult to understand. I couldn't understand much of what she said at all. There was a misunderstanding about whether or not I wanted insurance. All I knew was that I paid a $26 fee. She insisted that I give her an emergency contact, even though I was not forced to do so when I checked in online. She dropped a piece of paper on the floor, and I picked it up and read part of it - the piece of paper contained personal information about another customer. I hope she wasn't as careless with my information. I had thrown a black garbage bag with some of my belongings in it into the back of the truck before I entered the office, just for my convenience. I didn't mention that to her, but still, at first she tossed the bag into a garbage bin of some kind. I protested, grabbed it and threw it back into the truck bed. At one point, she told me to calm down, or something like that. When I returned the rental, the office was closed for lunch. I called the number that was posted on the door. On the phone, she said that she wasn't expecting me back until 2pm. Well, I got there a bit earlier, so what? She acted like it was my fault, or something. She also said she could see me using video surveillance. (Creepy!) It was a lot of drama and miscommunication over what should really have been seamless and easy. I wouldn't want to return to this location. And because of this drama, and the weirdness, and the trouble, I wouldn't mind at least a partial refund. Thank you! Oh, and this certainly wasn't the first ... well, *questionable* experience I've had with U-Haul. I would be more than happy to provide documentation proving this. Thank you in advance.

Bikram JHow does a uhaul drop off not have employees? I showed up 30 min after " opening" and owner that runs the establishment never showed up. Couldn't confirm with anyone I was all set. Place needs employees. There was another individual waiting to pick up their truck and was told to go elsewhere

Gregory KMake sure someone is at the actual location to move a vehicle if needed that is blocking the entry way. It was very frustrating to make an appointment and not be able to take the rental out.

Joseph SI had reserved 2 bags of padding. They didn't have enough at the location. This resulted in a much more difficult move for me as I had some delicate equipment that I had to pack. When a reservation for packing blankets is made, a location should make sure they have enough there to rent out. This was unacceptable and really made my day much more difficult than it needed to be.
Nicholas SWhen returning the equipment. I was going through all the steps when the Uhaul app suddenly froze up. I waited for a few mins and then had to go through the steps all over again. Your app needs to be updated. Otherwise, I had a great experience using your product. Merci
