The information that buying gas for the truck would be cheaper than having to pay U-haul for putting gas in the tank was not clearly conveyed--at least not to me. Also, the final bill came as quite a surprise as well. A little more explanation of the "details"--like how the amount for millage is calculated, would be very helpful. Also, the suspension system on the truck we drove appears to be worn out. Even the slightest unevenness of the road made the truck bounce like an old-fashioned stagecoach! This could be potentially damaging to any glass or fragile pieces of furniture.

Desk person insisted i be back by 2pm and then i returned there was another box truck available. She then tried to let me go back out with the truck after i busted my ass moving my friend in this arbitrary time frame. Charged me for gas when i refilled the tank before returning.
ELIZABETH GBut I must tell you that the last time I rented a truck they gave me an empty gas tank, which did not appear in the contract papers. I showed it to Daniel, the guy at the desk, and he told me that it was no problem to make the claim in the App, but the App did not work and since I had to keep working, I put the gas in, losing evidence of my claim !
