Malalak was not the location I picked up. They sent me 10 miles away. Very disappointing. I initiated the process in south Tampa where they had 3 of the vehicles exactly what I was looking for. Why they sent me miles away, that's a good question. The ladies in the South Tampa location were very helpful however. Not my only mishap with you.BRUCE H.

my trailer was not submitted correctly. when I pick it up I was told I could simply just drop it off in the city I was driving to and leave it there and the staff would take care of it. I did just that and now I was charged for an extra day when I dropped it off around 1pm, only a few hours before it was due. How could I even return the trailer at the time the receipt says it happened. I expect an email back and somebody to contact me. Also this charge needs to be reversed please.Brett F.

Truck smells like cigarette smoke had ashes scattered in it . Just somebody smoking to move the truck didn't realize it was going to be a constant smell. When I turn the truck in they asked if it was clean enough for the next family and I said no so they charge me a 25 $cleaning feeMichael H.

The employee guy was very rude about the furniture pads, originally I just had to in the back of the truck and the employee rudely says is that how they gave them to you, they weren't in a bag? No one explained to me that the furniture pads needed to be folded back up and placed in a bag again, even though when I received them only half were in a bag.... I thought they would of needed to be washed/ santizied but the employee was like if you don't fold them and put them in a bad there will be a 25 $fee, which was the first time anyone informed me of that. I locked the keys in the truck one night and attempted to reach the 24/7 roadside assistance you claim you offer but after being on hold for a hour and not reaching anyone I have up and signed up for AAA so that they could help me since I could get ahold if anyone with U-haul. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service I experienced with renting from your company. It was my first time doing so and I am very disappointed.Ashley M.

Staff checking in wasn't friendly, face timing with someone in another language while handling my credit card information. Truck cab was sandy, had food on floor and something spilled and dried near middle seat.Gary A.
Back of the truck was dirty and the outside of the truck had a good bit of damage when I picked it up. I even had to document that the windshield was cracked when I picked it up because that had been overlooked. Fuel gauge showed that I used 1/4 tank of gas for 17 miles even though it was only a 15' truck.Ended up with almost an extra 100 $in fees that were not in the contract and actual dollar amounts were not given to me before hand so I could avoid the fees. The employee that was there when we turned in the truck was extremely rude as well. When I booked the truck, I also booked a dolly but I was only given the truck. It was a really awful experience compared to when I used a different location 4 days prior to this rental.BREANNA F.
The only reason I put below average is, the clerks app wasn't working working and I didn't receive a paper receipt. Turned in equipment and his app wasn't working, he could put anything down and I don't think it's fair. As far as location, very convenient for food and drinks. The clerk was customer friendly, I prefer a paper trail. Receipt via email wasn't very readable.Ashley B.

Mileage was wrong on contract when I picked up the vehicle. I was charged about 20 $more than I should've been charged. The person helping me said they would update it when I returned the vehicle but he wasn't there when I returned it.Rachael R.

Would never answer the phone! Always would ignore and let it go to corporate. The transmission on the truck needs attention. The truck would smoke when turned off. The truck leaked fluids when parked. The windshield wipers need replacing immediately. When turning the truck in, I wasn't asked how the truck performed or if there were any problems.travis F.
