My truck was pretty dirty i dont like my experience with that location
Emmanuel VUpon arrival since this was a gas station that you could rent Uhual equipment and trucks from I pulled up to the gasoline pump and I pumped $15.75. Parked the truck next to other trucks on the side of the building. When I went inside to return the key I was expecting the guy behind the counter to come outside since he asked did I put gas back into the truck, I said yes and he said ok. I asked if he was going to go look at the fuel gauge and give me a receipt. He said I’ll email it to you in a few. Mind you nobody was inside the building and the parking lot was empty, which I found strange but assumed everything would be okay since I had a receipt and pumped gas on camera. “I was wrong” , 2 hours later I get a email of the rental and I was charged for 2 gallons of gasoline which I put gas in the truck!!! I had to call customer service and send them the receipt to get my reimbursement money back for the senseless charge. This should’ve been avoided if Malak Chevron employees were honest.
