The van smelled like pee. Front desk staff was very rude at check in. At check out, someone else took care of me and they were nicer. The check-in guy charged me for an Extended Rental when I only needed the van for a couple hours. Now I have a pending charge for $164 when my final balance was actually $51. I hope the $164 charge clears soon. If not, you will hear from me again.

The truck was not clean, somehow i ignored it but took a photo, now cleaning charges in my bill The initial 10 ft truck which i was given , ac was not working then they said you can take the 15 ft one , now they are charging 15ft rental. While it was there fault.

They also charged us for more gas than what we used and when we called the owner to complain he was very rude and just kept saying we needed to pay. JEFF HORNI was advised by the representative that the U-Haul would cost $34 plus $.99 a mile, for 4 hours. In which I still wasn't too happy with. So upon my return when the rep informed me of my charge, he now was charging me $1,19 a mile. Definitely not the price he quoted to me earlier that day. After being charged $140 and some change and $20 to refuel the truck for only 4 hours and 89 miles is straight ROBERY! And on top of that, the truck that I was given was low on oil and engine light on. Because it was low on oil i had to stop and purchase some. I have receipt of purchase, and video of low oil and engine light on.

Aaron TrocheI ordered the uhaul with the predicted mileage and they charged me a "coverage mileage" of 100 miles. So I payed it because I needed the uhaul. I used my estimated mileage to the T but after I dropped the uhaul off the guy to collect it wasn't even there. It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't gotten charged the correct amount, my bank is still holding the predicted charge amiunt

No parking spot were available and I had to call the customer service line few times to be able to drop it off. You should be so happy I am leaving this comment, because I am taking the time to write them feedback for you to fix an issue in your company that prevents future customers from this issue. Bassir AtayeeThe trailer tires were underinflated. Two of the tires had less 20 psi when they should have been 65 psi. I had to pump them up myself. I rented the trailer for one day but was charged for two. I called to complain and was told it the extra charge would be credited to my card. After three days I am still waiting and will call again today.

Really have to check this to avoid possible futures inconvenients with any other customer.

I called and talked to three different people that all said they would take care of it and follow up with me. None of them helped or followed up. It is beyond disrespectful and theft taking money that wasn't yours to begin with and then make me jump through every hoop to get my money back which still isn't refunded!!! Your business is broken and would refer my worst enemy.

Additionally, I was incorrectly charged for fuel and when I called the rental location to have them correct the error, they were no help. I have proof that I returned the truck with the correct about of fuel.
