Kristina BI've used Maldonado's U-Haul before, and from previous U-Haul trailer rentals from his location I knew where to drop off the car transporter, even at 1:00 a.m. His business phone is his cell phone, so I was able to send him a message with contract number and at which of his lots I dropped off the equipment. Just too easy!

Jacob JThe location is excellent. We selected Ryan Adkins for moving help he canceled on us 30 minutes prior to showtime. I would absolutely never utilize that person for moving, ever. It almost ruined our move.

Steven SMaldonado Automotive is the best place for Uhaul rentals. They are very helpful and friendly and really take care of you. My movers were late but Maldonado Automotive helped me every step of the way. I picked up the truck and loaded my furniture on the truck and came back to get my car and car hauler. Maldonado Automotive attached the car hauler to the truck and helped me load my car. They are awesome and I highly recommend them

Brad Wdolly was not placed in u-haul, was not issued a refund after being told a refund would be issued. had to sweep and wipe inside of until to even move anything in because of how dirty it was left. cabin was covered in the smell of cigarettes when i am asthmatic and a airmen and expected more.

Stan Scomputer was down and had to call to do transaction over the phone. Mileage was listed incorrectly. When i tried to turn truck in at my destination they wanted to charge me for over 40K miles. I drove from Altus Ok to Shreveport La. I would never recommend this place. Frustrating situation all the way.

Brenda YWhen I reserved the truck, I chose a location close to my destination. The 'App' forced me to pick a drop off farther away, ignoring my original choice. That, along with the more distant pick up location, pushed me over the allowed mileage. Once again, a very poor experience. I see that you do not allow a review of U-Haul the company or your abhorant 'App'. This was by far my worst experience in renting a truck, and based on this I will never again rent from U-Haul. The last minute change of pick-up location, the change of drop-off location without my consent, forcing me to use a cell phone app instead of dealing with actual people without giving me a choice, point to a company that has lost all understanding of customer experience. Never again.
