Horrible. The nite before we were informed of a further pick up. We were not told the code to get into the truck. 3 & 1/2 hours later. After numerous calls to customer service. & a supervisor coming from 45 minutes away it was resolved. A TERRIBLE experience, I would never recommend your company to anyone. Shame on all of you. We had men waiting to load the vehicle, & waited for hours to have this resolved. From what I have heard from others this is the norm for u-hall. You should be refunding our money for the ordeal u put us thru. If u would like to discuss this further, call us at 908-915-7138, and yes this is a huge complaint.
very appreciative of the help I received from the regional office in Toms River. The woman that helped me made sure that everything I needed was available and all handoffs were made smoothly.
This was their first Uhaul transaction. Employee was not wearing a mask and eating behind the counter. Was not polite either. The owner was able to be contacted via phone to instruct the employee.. but employee ended up handing us the phone Instead.
