Jovan BravoThe gentleman behind the counter was helpful, but his attitude was cranky and off-putting. When I asked to keep the truck for a few extra hours, he initially didn't listen (and assumed what I would say) and told me that I didn't have a reservation. That was true, given that I was trying to return the truck. He recovered by apologizing. When telling him about the mechanical problems, he said he didn't want to hear about it and wrote down the number for me to call. He explained why he couldn't help, but the impatient and annoyed approach was the last thing I wanted to hear after a miserable trip. I did call the number the worker gave me two days ago and talked to a lovely woman who said I should hear back in a couple of days. So far, I haven't. We are very disappointed in the service and the problems with the truck.
Lisa Kay PfannenstielWe were charged a cleaning fee of $50. The truck was completely cleaned out by us except for the blankets, hand truck and furniture dolly. All of which are uhaul items. In addition we were charged $20 because we turned in the truck after hours? Why is there a fee for that?

JOSEPH MORRISDropping off at an auto mechanic shop that also rents out U-Hauls seems a little sketchy. Don't like how they won't check the truck in while you are there - you just have to trust it all goes okay. Fortunately it all worked out.

Wow TotalTruck was dirty with personnal items from last renter. Rep said the hitch was a two inch ball. It is bigger so I need to make another trip to Texas to pickup trailer.

Victoria CallawayUtility dolly was not provide but I was charged. Worst of all, mileage on contract when I picked up showed truck had almost 250 miles less than actual mileage on odometer. At the end I was charged for almost 300 miles of use when I used around 40 miles!!! Customers need capability to challenge mileage in app if there is discrepancy.

Anthony MaysI DID NOT CHOOSE this location it was horrible for me to get to especially late at night. Nothing against the location, but UHAUL corp did this. I was promised a $50 credit and have not seen this as of yet.

Joshua TeagueThe location is fine, but the truck has issues. The turn signal doesn't click into place anymore, the inside windshield was dirty making it hard to drive at night and the brake pedal was blocked by a connector that bent down. I was able to bend it back out of place and make the brake safe again. A connector like that has no business being anywhere near the brake pedal. Guessing it previous customer raised their foot too high and caught that connector to bend it down. As for the site, it needs much more lighting at night.
Joseph MorrisSelf-check in and check out isn't very time efficient. Takes about 10 minutes for each to set up. Would recommend having some of it done during the time of the reservation
Nicholas BarnesThe place that rented the uhauls was nice and easy to get uhaul. The Uhaul however was not in good working condition. I think it had a bad alternator. We had to jump it at least 5 times.
