My reservation was a pickup at counter but when I got to location no one was there. Called UHaul customer service and was advised that reservation had been converted to pickup by phone. After way too much time and effort I was given wrong info for lock box ( there was no key in the box) Eventually customer service helped me by calling site manager and arranging for me to get a different truck. We got a very late and stressful start to our move. If this location is not going to physically staff the location, please communicate that when reservation is made.Thomas B.

i had absolutely no problem with the location, however i had a terrible time with uhaul as a company and will not be using them to move again. i went from having a confirmed truck to no truck in less than 24 hours. i experienced poor customer service for over an hour and a half on the phone and ended up paying too much/wasting my time driving all over the planet.Grace M.
I had a rental pickup at 10am and even called the night before to let them know I would be there right at 10am.[I originally had a 7m pick up at another location scheduled since May 27th and was switched twice to different locations. There was no emoyee at the location and I didn't get help until about 11:30 and that was when I called into uhaul. I was paying 3 moving people waiting on me.....frustrating.Lori D.

Your online pickup system looks like it has been designed to be as user unfriendly as possible. Completely ridiculous. And the email I received to tell me what I needed to bring with me did not say anything about requiring a passport or the name and phone number of another person to verify my rental. I have no intention of ever renting from UHAUL again. I would rather pay a higher rental price than to have to try to use your web interface again. I have rented vehicles from Penske, Hertz, Avis, and others - some with only online interaction and all were simple to use.Lawrence H.

I had broke down and was calling the place I got it from and the ignorant son of a bitch gone answer with an attitude asking who I was and why I kept calling him after hours cause he was closed! Verification process seems much more complicated than in the past, took forever to get verified to get the code for the keys. Then the website would not work at all at drop off and I waited on hold for 45 minutes to complete the drop off of the truck. There was nothing and no one at the location to assist. The people on the chat kept telling us to ask the location for help but there was no one there.Justin C.

Online check in is horrible. Times out frequently. In fact I typed out a whole eligent review of the system that by the time I tried to post the review 5 minutes later, it timed out and I lost all of my review. Rip.Kyle W.
The truck was fine but the automated check-in/out process needs some improvement. The app wouldn't let me submit pictures so I had to call U-Haul for help. Ended up using the website to return it. The whole process took much longer than if I returned it to a manned location.Samuel D.

I booked this location because it had a guaranteed truck rental. I took an Uber to the location and arrived at 10:00am. As I walked up to the door, U-Haul called me to tell me there was no truck available. They said I could go 1,5 miles down the road to another location to get the truck. After they hung up I called that location and they said they did not have a truck, and were not sure why someone would tell me to go to that location. I ended up getting a smaller truck that was available, being unable to move all of my items, and needing to rent another truck at a later date to complete the move.TODD Q.

I went to drop off the truck during their open hours but there was no one there at that time nor the next day. The building is boarded up with plywood and has a porta-potty off to the side. It does not really look like a place of business. I left the truck to go create an account (that I don't want) so I could turn it in through the online system and when I returned someone had stolen the blankets from the back of the truck. I rented a handtruck to come along with the uhaul and it they never sent it. I also had the worse time actually acquiring the keys through the app because the app was messed up (this was one of those no-contact spots where they drop the uhaul off and drop the keys in a locked box; you unlock the box with the instructions through the app which was messing up horribly) Also, the gas meter was NOT at the point where it should've been, it was lower but i was in a rush at that point and didnt care to complain about that. Fix the app, have the correct amount of gas in it, and give the customer a handtruck when they rent it!Brandon E.
