Slow and laborious online check in process with the U-Haul app - it doesn't need to be that painful. Airbag warning light on. Tire pressure light on. TPMS system needs service. RR tire showing low pressure, but this could be because the TMPS was faulty. Passenger mirror cracked and distorted.

Graeme OI wish there had been a truck closer to my home address because I had to drive 35 miles round trip just for my pick up and then I got charged extra mileage.
Kelly HThe truck I reserved and rented had dried mud all over the drivers floor and on the side of the truck. The hours listed on the app for Marsh Uhaul in Durham were different on their door. Nobody was there at 230pm on Friday or on our return on Sat at 1100am. Both check in and return were difficult using the app. Service at this store was extremely poor and took us multiple attempts to use the app both days. Every other customer had issues as well. This is a huge issue and I will not return as a customer to Marsh.

I'm sure the previous customer was charged for the damage but why wasn't it repaired before renting it out to another customer? I shouldn't have been required to pay the full price for a damaged truck when the damage heavily effects the common functionality of the truck

William KI am grateful to the receptionist at Marshs Rentals for helping me with the truck pick-up and return process when my UHaul app experienced logging issues. Feedback about UHAUL App: I reserved and paid for this UHaul order using my name, phone number, email ID, and credit card, although my husband was the driver. However, it seems UHaul linked only his name to the app for vehicle pick-up and return. The app frequently displayed errors without providing clear instructions regarding the driver's information, which caused significant confusion during both the pick-up and return processes.

Nancy CI am not sure if this is the responsibility of the location or u-haul as a company, but the exhaust system on our truck was completely gone. It was filling the cab of the truck with exhaust fumes. We were fortunate that we were only using it for a short move and I could drive with the window down. I would have assumed the prior renter left a comment about it needing repaired but not sure. Bottom line is that the truck was loud and hazardous fumes were coming into the cab.

Henry PThe truck itself and the area was nice, but the online self check in process was a nightmare. I was never given an access code to get the keys, I had to call for assistance, the app wasn't working, and it ended up taking about an hour to finally get the keys to the truck. If a friend was considering renting a uhaul, I while I would recommend this location, I would NOT recommend using the self check-in/pickup process.
