Parking is difficult and the instructions on where to leave a vehicle isn't clear. The app didn't work well either. Taking pics to verify rental truck beforehand didn't work.

If you are in the West Cary or South Durham area and need a U-Haul, I highly recommend Marsh's Rentals. Not only was the truck great and well maintained, but their customer service really set them apart. The agent onsite was friendly, helpful, and got me out the door fast! Their inventory is also well-stocked so check them out if you have a move coming up!

Everything was good, until I picked the uhaul up. Ordered a dolly with my order. Got there no dolly and they still charged me for it and after getting a hold of them they said they would refund me and didn't. They never called me any of the days when booked to tell me they didn't have a dolly which I had to go rent one at Home Depot and put my move 2 hours behind schedule

I think the price for the mileage is too high...I had truck for 9 days @49,99 and ended up with an $1100 bill! I was shocked!!!

The customer service was exceptional! Unfortunately the truck itself was horrible. It didn't have a loading ramp! What's the point of renting a truck with no ramp??? Additionally, the air conditioning did not work, and it was over 100°. The seat was not adjustable either. I have rented a significant number of U-Haul trucks, and this one was by far the worst one.

The location isn't accommodating to individuals with mobility issues - the steps leading onto the porch were blocked by a van, so I had to hold onto a truck bumper to step onto the porch. Also, the truck's AC would go in/out (in 99-degree weather), and there were small items in the truck's cab from a previous renter.

There was a 26' truck parked in front of all the other trucks including the 20' I rented. It took some time to maneuver the truck to get it out without hitting the 26' parked in front.

The app based check in process is very frustrating. Very slow and convoluted and we sat in the parking for 35 minutes waiting to "be approved" to pick up the rental. Probably would've been faster to just go to the desk.

Slow and laborious online check in process with the U-Haul app - it doesn't need to be that painful. Airbag warning light on. Tire pressure light on. TPMS system needs service. RR tire showing low pressure, but this could be because the TMPS was faulty. Passenger mirror cracked and distorted.

I wish there had been a truck closer to my home address because I had to drive 35 miles round trip just for my pick up and then I got charged extra mileage.

The truck I reserved and rented had dried mud all over the drivers floor and on the side of the truck. The hours listed on the app for Marsh Uhaul in Durham were different on their door. Nobody was there at 230pm on Friday or on our return on Sat at 1100am. Both check in and return were difficult using the app. Service at this store was extremely poor and took us multiple attempts to use the app both days. Every other customer had issues as well. This is a huge issue and I will not return as a customer to Marsh.

The online drop off process was cumbersome in that I had to upload the pictures several times to the UHaul website before it worked. The drop off site was closed when I arrived so the website drop off was my only option.

The truck was clean but the driver side door was damaged in a way which caused a very loud bang to occur everytime you have to open the door. I'm sure the previous customer was charged for the damage but why wasn't it repaired before renting it out to another customer? I shouldn't have been required to pay the full price for a damaged truck when the damage heavily effects the common functionality of the truck

Marsh is an incredible person, very helpful and accommodated my Uhaul rental reservation which had been cancelled because I arrived an hour late. She happened to be at the office after hours and patiently facilitated my rental process. 5-Star Experience thanks to Marsh!

This location has very spotty cell coverage, so it's very hard to use the mobile app here and it's usually closed so there is nobody to help.

I am grateful to the receptionist at Marshs Rentals for helping me with the truck pick-up and return process when my UHaul app experienced logging issues. Feedback about UHAUL App: I reserved and paid for this UHaul order using my name, phone number, email ID, and credit card, although my husband was the driver. However, it seems UHaul linked only his name to the app for vehicle pick-up and return. The app frequently displayed errors without providing clear instructions regarding the driver's information, which caused significant confusion during both the pick-up and return processes.
