Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAutomated pick up. Check engine light was on and writing on the windshield stated that the brakes and power steering were failing. Had to call and ended up being an hour behind and very late. The rental place never even made a call to check in or apologize for putting us in a broken down truck. Really would like some consideration for this issue. Thank you
THOM SIt was in the evening. No personel available. The lot was packed with trucks. Otherwise fine.
Kathryn LExemplary customer service!
Corbett MThe Agent is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The pickup and checkout process was simple. I didn't make a reservation and the young lady made it easy for me to get in and out quickly. Overall I will use this location again.
