The lady at the store said that she did not deal with uhaul, that I would have to do it online. After I continually told them that my truck was not on the lot, she said that she rented my truck earlier in the day. The guy at the store said that he did not deal with uhaul. Uhaul office talked with him on my phone because their phones were not working, and asked him to check a trucks in for me. The guy at the store went and wrote down the information of 2 of the trucks and started on a 3rd. I asked him to check in 1 truck so that I could leave, that I had workers waiting for me at a price of $125 a hour. The store guy said it will not take me long and continued writing information on a 3rd truck. He entered the information but it was wrong. The guy from the uhaul office convinced him to correct it. He did not check me out he just gave me a key. It took over an hour for me to get the truck. Calib at the uhaul office was wonderful helping me on the phone for 1hour and 21 minutes. The store however was horrible and extremely rude.
Lorrie MillsThe key drop box was broken which made me have to look for the store owner. He was rude and demanded I move the truck three times to be parked exactly as he wanted it. I had parked it out of the way and he refused to take the key from me to allow me to leave until I parked the tires on a tread mark in the dirt. I would not pick this drop off spot again.
Sabrina GlassWhen I reserved my usual I ordered an appliance dolly, furniture dolly, and two dozen blankets. None of that was available nor was I notified. I had to move without the equipment I needed. There were no uhaul companies nearby that had it either.

jeffrey ferjakWe had rented a hand truck along with the U-Haul vehicle, but when we picked up the truck, there was no hand truck to be found. Customer service sent us to another U-Haul location to see if they had a hand truck, but when we got there, the location was closed for a funeral. We ended up having to borrow a hand truck from another family member. It was a huge inconvenience and put us way behind schedule.

Joshua HolcombI turned in the truck 2 days early. We took extra time to make sure the truck was clean swept and wiped down. They didn't even look at the truck when I returned it. Just told me to put the keys in the box. 2 days later I get charged a 25 cleaning fee.
JAMIE MALONEYVery very busy store not a lot of time for U-haul customer. U-Haul Corp was the problem ordered a truck over a month ago DID NOT have the size I ordered. Nothing within 15 miles. in a very rural area over 15 mile around a mountain can be over 1 hour drive one way. The only thing they had was the largest truck in the fleet. Had no other choice flew in to pick up belongings and then 550 mile trip to unload had to deal with shifting load and more fuel cost. UHAUL CORP DROPPED THE BALL.
THOMAS O'DONNELLWe booked a truck but it was not ready at the select location. We were asked to go to a different location. The first truck they gave us at the second location had mechanical issues so we had to return to the first location to rent a larger truck. This took almost two hours and delayed our move. There was a complete lack of professionalism in this rental so no we would not use Uhaul again nor would we recommend it to any of our friends.
Carlows EstesThe initial location I was supposed to drop off on Saturday was closed Friday at 4PM. I called and operator said he had new born so he closed early and i couldn't drop the trailer!! I looked and found the closest location which was 891 S Chestatee St. Dahlondega so I went there and they had left early. The Shell station said they left early and they thought it was ok to drop the trailer. I then called your Leesburg location and talked to the guy I rented from and he said to drop and the folks should check the trailer in Saturday morning so I did. THEN this week I'm receiving calls as to why I haven't returned the trailer?? Obviously this didn't make me happy!! There were no trailers or trucks on the lot when I dropped so you would think your people would have known Saturday morning that the trailer there wasn't there on Friday when they left early!!!
JOHN BOWENIt might not have been the fault of Uhaul, but we dropped the truck off after dark, and the location was at a gas station in a very dimly lit area with sketchy people hanging around the key dropbox. If I didn't have my boyfriend and his dad with me, I wouldn't have wanted to even get out of the truck.

Robert GriggsI had asked for a hand-truck and they had none. Also after they had charger my credit card they told me they couldn't print my contract and receipt because their printer wad broken. Bad location and bad service.
Roger HutchinsProblems were abundant when trying to return the truck. After listening to a uhaul recording for twenty minutes my daughter finally got to talk to Deborah who explained that the 24hour drop off was experiencing a lot of problems. She noted that on my reservation. Then the next morning I received a new drop off location. I hope there won't be any problems when I am billed for the usage.
Kathleen BeatyThe drop off was an empty lot next to a gas station. If it hadn't been for other U-Haul trucks there I wouldn't have been sure this was the correct place. Also there was no one there to tell me where to park the truck and the area the other trucks were parked had a 5 inch drop off from the gas station lot to a dirt area where one of the trucks were parked. Luckily I found the key drop off box on the front of the gas station. The gas station employee told me they have nothing to do with the trucks. I also attempted to contact the local U-Haul prior to the drop off and no one answered my call.

Rena WellsThis location is a gas station. I think there should be a sign or let someone know to go inside to check in. Iv been at one before and they didn't know anything about a the uhaul. I feel there needs to be specific directions on that part. Weather it's through the app or not.

dennis hableGuy ay drop off blew me off, totally not helpful. Luckily I had downloaded the uhaul app when I was trying to get the reservation to go through and was able to do the return.
Stephen Palmermy original location was moved further from my home the day before I needed to pick up to this location, on arrival there I was told they did not have vehicle and I had to go even further and pay for extra fuel mileage. Very frustrating.
Clayton SmithBiggest complaint is with communications with U Haul. Had to make several phone calls - always an excessive wait. Using the website was of no help. It couldn't recognize my location (GPS on two different apps knew exactly where I was but website did not). Initial drop off location was not a 24/7 location. Was told by owner I could not drop off after business hours. Had to call to get second location approved so I wouldn't be charged. Merely a gas station with an unmonitored drop off area. Clerk would not take paperwork to verify drop off. Had to call again to report trailer was dropped off and verify location. This whole rental experience was way more difficult than it needed to be. Very disappointed overall.

Jesse CaudilloI was very uncomfortable dropping off the U-Haul at this location. I dropped the key off with the clerk at the gas station and was given no proof that I actually returned the truck on time (receipt, phone call, etc). I was called two days later by a representative fro U-Haul asking when I would be turning the truck in. I informed her that I had already done so and was waiting for my receipt.
Daniel KingMart 24/7 was great. What I can't recommend to anyone is the very poor inventory management in your website. I WASTED over 1,5 hrs of my day, which I don't have and can't never get back, due to the lousy website. The site sent me to a UHaul location that didn't have ANYTHING available. A major waste of time and money for me. Have your IT and data people get this right; it is 2019, not 1989.
Ruben PelaezSecond rate operation - not able to print out contract; delay in having the trained person there who complained about the earlier time - she was to arrive at 12 Noon instead of 10:00 (per request). Only person at the convenience store so clerk tended to other customers - to rent the truck took twice as long. Then, used some driving skills to get truck out of muddy parking spot.

tammy chesterFirst, the initial charge quoted was twice my on-line quote was. No tail lights worked on the trailer, only 1 turn signal side and 1 brake light worked on the trailer. If you guys had any competition for trailers, I would use them.
Gregory FordUsed this drop off location, as instructed per text message. Did as instructed by noting mileage; called 1-800 number, which was no help at all so followed instructions of worker inside station. Locked truck and placed keys and contract in drop box. 5 days later, receive an email that truck was not returned so evidently no one ever checked it in. 6 days later, issue still not resolved so would not recommend any drop off location that does not have an official U-Haul employee on premises.

Was charged extra mileage and gas when I was given 20 extra miles at pickup location as well as gas level was readjusted on contract due to wrong setting originally.
Evio DeoliveraChecked in online. Checkin still took 20 minutes. Trailer had not been checked in from previous rental. Location had no checkout forms. Dolly and blankets left in trailer from last rental.
ROBERT WARRENPick up was a little complicated since the main manager was not available, but it was still a quick and easy process. I would suggest revising the website store hours for pick up / drop off to match the hours that the Uhaul manager will be available.
Michael HallockI called GO-UHAUL and the customer service rep could not find the location I changing the drop off to. I was on hold for 9 minutes and then it took 12 minutes to get the truck reassigned to this location vs.. the one I had previously chosen. The wait time is EXCESSIVE when calling the main UHAUL #. This place charge also charged me 0,4 cents extra per mile, vs. the 0,29 cents a mile I was quoted at the initial UHAUL. However, this location is convenient for anyone living in Dahlonega with easy access in and out.

joseph hollandOnly one service person in the store on a Saturday mad it very difficult for her to wait in store customers and UHaul customers effectively. But, she was very nice and did a great job for us.
