I think the only thing I don't like about this location is that the gas meter is very hard to estimate. I always end up over-filling. If the meter was just set to "full tank" it would be better customer service for all users. That way you just fill it up, and you're good to go. No worries.

The man behind the counter was personable, the equipment was terrific, and the equipment return experience was flawless. With the web-based equipment return system, I was done with the return in less that 5 minutes. Best rental experience I have ever had!
RONALD KIf I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and patiently waited for 15 minutes at the counter before being acknowledged. People were busy working on cars and didn't see me, so I didn't want to interrupt anyone figuring someone would attend the desk shortly, but I did ask if someone could help me eventually as I was on a schedule. The man said he didn't see me and I said "okay" he then asked if I didn't believe him. I said "I do, I saw that you didn't see me" he then continued to harass me "are you offended I didn't see you?" Very abrasive. I replied "no, I just want my U-Haul" and was kind of scared at that point to be honest. he says "yeah everyone wants what they want when they want it" I've never been treated so poorly I was in shock. I'm six months pregnant and really didn't need or deserve this treatment. He didn't even offer to help load the dolly into the truck. I came for a very simple quick transaction and left in tears. It felt like my business was a complete inconvenience to him, and that my mere existence offended him. I'm surprised a reputable company like U-Haul doesn't vet their partners.. he was threatening, abrasive, and I almost canceled. If I hadn't made all kinds of arrangements involving others I would have 100 %. It makes me hesitant to trust a U-Haul location again.

EDWARD SNothing really... just a well-rounded mom and pop shop / uhaul rental center with no frills. Guy behind the counter was nice and got the rental agreement squared away all while juggling 3 other tasks at same time

David BEverything was great. Mr. Marvin was very personable and accommodating. I picked the truck up a little before 9:00 am, and I dropped off the keys in the little slot in the door at 8:30 pm.

Matthew RI'm not sure if you can improve anything but I had to dispatch with the app and there wasn't good service in the area so it was difficult to connect my location and get sorted out in the app. Not anyone's fault but maybe wifi could be provided or something. Once I was through that part, every thing was perfect and easy.

Patrick KI have no issues with Marvins, the pick-up and drop off went without a problem. The problem I had was with the Uhaul scheduling system. I made extended reservation for a van months ago. Then a day before, I get informed that the van will not be ready for the 6:30am pick-up as scheduled but would be ready at 9am instead. Not only did this put me 2,5 hrs behind my schedule, delaying my departure, and causing headaches and additional delay due to traffic, but at 6:30am I had a ride down to Marvins to pick up the van. At 9am, I did not have a ride and had to walk 45minutes from my house to Marvins in order to pick up the van. Before a major trip, the stress and aggravation that this caused was un called for, especially since I reserved the van months before. I will definitely be rethinking whom I rent from in the future.

JOHN MThey hadn't received their delivery of clean moving blankets so we had to do without. Which was preferred to having been given dirty blankets, rep was kind enough to warm me instead of just putting them in the truck without my knowing.
Michelle LTrailer leaked, rented to pick up a new mattress. It rained the entire way. Got home and everything was wet inside. Luckily the new mattress was wrapped in plastic.

FRANKJ Lrented a 20 ft box truck for a one way trip. As a vehicle technician i gave it the once over before heading out after picking it up. vehicle was well used and pretty beat up. interior was very basic, no usb ports, only one 12 volt plug worked, heat was adequate and not impressive and would stop blowing under anything more than 1/2 throttle, floor covered in old rice, rear door very hard to open and close (a shot of wd40 fixed that), had to adjust ALL tire pressures as they were all under inflated, all inside windows were grimy especially the windshield and needed cleaning. check engine light came on about 1/2 way through trip and developed a slight misfire at idle. made it safely to my destination and let them know about the engine light, they said it's probably overdue for a tune up

James LIt was unclear what size trailer ball I would need for my trailer. And since the uhaul place didn't sell or rent them, i was left scrambling for one when it became apparent that both of mine wouldn't work (one was too big and the other too small). After purchasing yet another coupler and now the right size ball from another auto shop, I had to pay $20 for the uhaul auto shop to tighten the nut for me. It wasn't free or just done out of the spirit of being helpful. Shortly after I pulled away I realized that the trailer that I rented had a screw in one of the tires. It didn't go flat on me but needless to say it wasn't optimal. What a crazy, stressful day. The whole experience simply didn't meet my expectations at all and when I need to rent a trailer next time I'll look elsewhere.
Wesley CI don't know why the tow vehicle is activated as you turn on the engine, and that you must purposefully deactivate it, if you don't, the truck will drive in consistently. Even though there is a warning placard, you may forget, so absolutely tap on the switch to deactivate it, unless in fact, you are towing something
Ralph Bwhen you turn on the vehicle it automatically goes into "tow mode" and you must (know) or remember to push the button to disengage this mode . Note in this mode it affects the standard shifting, so I recommend that the tow mode not be automatic but one must purposeful put it in that mode.
Ralph BIt was raining on Sat night when I returned truck. Phone and rain did not allow me to complete the picture taking process to check vehicle and trailer I moved for Repostioning program. It allowed a few pics to be taken of trailer, and then after being kicked back to the begging would not let me restart to finish process. I did not use the Dolly, it was loose in the back after we finished move and drove it for turn in. I placed it back under under the pads and did not see in dark and rain what needed to be done to re secure it. It took several calls at trailer location to be able to dispatch trailer. Vendor wanted to charge me.for rental, then there were issues with the system to get the process to be completed l, had to speak with person on help line, they needed to contact a manager, then when it still did not work had to call again and was transfered to dispatching who kicked it up to a manager again and it was then able to be released so I could start the trip with everything. Added 1,5 hours to the travel time to get that sorted out.

Scott BDropped off a car towing trailer the night before it was due back and they charged me a $20 dollar "after hours fee" when they were closed for the night.
Todd WU-Hauled change my return location after i picked up the trailer. NOT per my reservation or my contract. Then it would NOT accept the on-line return. So I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone to get them to log in the return. Again, this rating is for U-Haul and not the location. The person at the location was nice.
Timothy RI appreciated that someone guided me as I backed up my SUV to the trailer, that they hooked up the trailer to my SUV when I picked up, guided me back to the same spot when I returned, and disconnected the trailer for me. Great service. This is my go-to location for U-Haul rentals.

Edward PThe experience was amazing the guy who helped me was informative. However I cleaned off the trailer to it being as clean if not cleaner than when I picked it up and was still charged a cleaning fee. I think it is appalling to be charged a cleaning fee when you can look at the cameras to see me sweeping out the trailer and getting it cleaned to the best of my abilities. I truly think as a company you guys need to rethink about your cleaning fee structure because it will make me think twice about giving you my business in the future.

Gregory LKind of rude and not very helpful, probably because it's an emission shop. We were 4 hours late and they didn't say anything about charging us 30. Just did it. Had to go back to get receipt we turned in uhaul. Not impressed with them, bad communication and acted like they didn't care much
leigh aTruck was filthy - loose tobacco in cup holders and on seat cushions. Dirt and grime in cab. This van needs to be cleaned. Customer service was excellent.
