The u-haul app was not user friendly at all and hard to navigate. The gentleman at the counter in Colchester was very helpful and friendly

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisData was a little bit spotty, couldn't perform proper check out procedure. Suggest a wifi that extends to cover lot so customer can do full check out procedure!
Matthew SStaff at Marvin's was very helpful. Great customer service on Tues when I went in to ask questions and Thur when I actually picked up the van.

salvador RThe truck we rented wasn’t clean. The cab had balls of black fur and dirt inside, and the seats reeked of sweaty body odor. The box had to be swept out before I could load our belongings. Ultimately, it worked to move stuff from A to B, but nothing about it was pleasant. I’ve rented lots of UHaul vans and trucks for work, and none have been as grubby as this truck.
