Sina Amini NiakiI’ve rented two trucks in the last two weeks, this second truck rented at Marymoor WA had some issues and this guy Moe who works at the Marymoor rental place went above and beyond to help me, I was about to have my whole move blow up on me when this guy stepped in and helped out…just knew his stuff, was flexible and really represented your company well….if you have more of those guys, you’ll be in good shape.

Laurie StoltmanAdded extra charge without explanation after it was returned. Van was in pretty poor condition as it was from another state, very old and had more than 101 000 miles on it. It was not very safe. Upon starting it I could hear the squeal of what sounded like a timing belt issue. Plus I believe it was in desperate need of basic maintenance as the check engine light came on while driving it back to the pickup location. It came to me just a slight sliver under full and thats exactly how it was returned, but they still charged me more for some reason. I also ONLY used the estimated mileage at just 45 miles round trip. So what exactly was this new charge for????!

Stephen WyseThe folks at Marymoor Self Storage are fantastic. The truck itself was a different story. The steering on the truck was somewhat sloppy, making driving in the snow dicey. I bought chains in anticipation of the snow for traction.

marcus beegleI would suggest filling the gas full tank, as this is easier to fill up and not ending up adding more gas than needed while returning. In my case it was 3/4 full and I was asked to return it at that fuel level, however since I only used up a very little gas and since I had to return it I ended up filling more gas than the 3/4th level and when I requested that if they can help compensate for the extra gas filled, I didn't get any updates but the final bill.
Yogesh KanthuOnly complaint was that the truck I picked up was on empty when I got it. Would have been nice not have a gas station be my first stop!

JAVIER ROMERO OSPINAGreat experience. The marymoor self storage rep, I believe his name was Adam, was such a pleasure to work with. The Uhaul branch locations have never given this great of an experience. I recommend changing your values or enforcing them more at your Uhaul branches - those people are never nice. It's always the third party locations like the marymoor self storage that give a great experience! Thank you Adam!

Cassandra WallaceUtility dolly was not in the truck. I sent a family member to pick it up, but she ended up with the wrong kind of dolly. She went back again to exchange dollys. We were charged for both of them.

Kunal Pramod GhogaleThe Uhaul app didn't work for mobile pickup on my phone. It got stuck at a white screen after logging in and trying to start the pickup process. I had location enabled. It also didn't work in Safari. I enabled location access, but the Uhaul site couldn't detect my location. Thankfully, I could use my partner's phone, and the app finally worked there. For users, consider bringing a backup phone! And for Uhaul, consider allowing people to test their app for pickup in advance to save time.
Rigel CarlsonYou take the rent for the truck, you charge for the fuel or ask us to fill it to the same level as we take. Plus you charge 1,39 per mile, which is very high and I would like & recommend to others.
Vivek NadagoudaThe uhaul website went down right as I was trying to pick up my truck. I was unable to complete my payment and receive the lock box code. I had to frantically constantly refresh the website hoping to get through. It was very stressful since my move was on a tight timeline and I received my truck over a half hour my scheduled reservation.
