The location was very convenient. the people were very nice and accommodating. However, the truck was dirty and loud. It sounded like the exhaust system needed repair. I was a bit embarrassed to drive it around our neighborhood.

Richard B.May sure your vehicles are in good running order and not rent out the worst vehicle on the lot. It broke down after going one way and had to be towed. Instead of returning half of my money U-Haul has still been taking money out of my account. That's pretty devious to me. And I haven't heard anything from billing even though I was told I would. This is inappropriate. Just checked my email and find out even though you have consistently taken a total of $270,45 out of my account you intend to only give back $75 which is thievery. Your equipment failed....I did not fail to return it nor did I even cause the problem. You owe me much more than $75.00. If I don't block you, I truly believe that you will continue to take more money from my acct. I should only be charged half of the initial amount which was $151.71. I never even got to drive the other 52 miles to return. THIEVES!!! That is what you are. It is quite easy for you to treat people like this when you never have to see them in person.

Deshawbra N.The place did not give me a rental agreement. I was told "People dont read them so you dont need one". I advised that I didnt want the insurance and was told that it would be refunded back to my card after the rental was returned. As I was waiting for the trailer the lady walked out and said that they didnt have the trailer. She walked around back and came back around and said the guy getting it was just "being a bitch" about bringing it around. After the trailer was hooked to my truck I noticed the license plate light was hanging out by the wires. I went back to them and advised them and was told "Its ok they pop out all the time your still good to go". I proceeded to mess with the light and got it back in before I left the lot.

James G.My truck could barely drive straight for my whole 17 hour trip. Had such awful tire to wheel alignment. Also barely had oil in it. Just sucks when I spend over a grand to have a nice, safe trip and can't even have a vehicle that drives straight.

thomas H.Location was fine and friendly. Uhaul smelled of smoke and so was not great for driving across country. Smoking shouldn't be allowed in cabin or back of trucks. Stuff also smelled little Smokey.

I even mentioned that my phone was about to die because I was clueless as to where I packed my charger, SHE HANDED ME A CHARGER. Her customer service skills should be the model for other Uhaul sites. We have used several over the past few years but none compare to the customer service we receive at Master Muffler Uhaul in Hermitage. Thank you Brittany.
