David Cit’s a scam and the vehicle was bad
RENAE SThe lady that worked the front desk was nice extremely friendly. The truck was in good shape. It was clean. But the price difference from the online reservation to what I actually paid was nowhere near accurate. I knew there would be a mileage charge so I knew it would be somewhat different than the online quote. I was quoted 20+ dollars and the rental ended up being 70+. So it costed quadruple more than what I was quoted online so I don’t know if it was the location or the online system but what I do know is that is my last U-Haul rental. There are plenty of options. Penske trucks budget enterprise. So I hope the missed quote on the price was worth it.
