tara mishtalAwful experience. In the past, UHaul has been fine. Not anymore. Inadequate and incompetent personnel. They had me go to two different locations to pick up my order only to send me back to one of them TWICE more. Filthy Windshield (safety hazard)! Unable to accommodate promised items! Truck used $200 in gas for only 475 miles. I will NEVER use UHaul again nor do I, or will I, recommend to anyone!

altehsa deroyI rented my van on Friday evening 12/29/23 to use the next morning. When I began to move my stuff, I noticed the van's transmission shifting rough, jerking, etc. I drove back to the location where I rented it, and informed the staff I rented it from. She asked me if I was driving it correctly!!! She then told me I would have to "make do" with it, because she didn't have any other equipment to swap it out with. So I spent the rest of the day concerned the van was going to break down, and leave me and my things stranded on the side of the road. I felt this was very bad customer interaction. DAIZHANE WILSONDon't do the 24/7 truck share and just go inside to the uhaul. There were multiple people complaining that the website wasn't working. The people inside took care of me right away. Calling uhaul was pointless and I was on the phone over an hour trying to get it to work. They kept claiming it was my phone and service. In reality it was their truck share website not working properly.

Shaun ABRECHTVery clear signage and easy to find a return spot. The process of waiting for the photos to upload was a little long; this was again, mainly my issues with the app, and not the location.
Blaine BertrandThe truck was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was that I reserved a dolly online but then was told at the location that they did not have a dolly. I did not have time to try to find a dolly at another location. I was moving a washer & dryer, so not having a dolly made the process much more difficult. In the future, I think my best course of action would be to not book online and just do it the old-fashioned way by phone.

Joe CazalasTruck was not clean. Truck had less than a 1/2 tank of gas. Back of truck was dirty and had black stuff all over the floor. I think it was dried dirt and grease. Weather stripping on both doors would not stay in place. The back door hangs about half way down. I hurt my back twice trying to get the door down. This truck needs to go to the crusher.

Sam took an initial reservation from me over the phone to make sure that I was able to get a vehicle. on the Saturday that I was moving. Good Experience & Good & Friendly Customer Service!

julia galvanWhen I made my van rental reservation via uhaul.com I elected to not opt-in to the insurance CDW since I would be covered by my own insurance. When I arrived at the rental location I was informed that it is not possible to skip the CDW insurance add-on when renting vans and pick up trucks. But the web based reservation form did allow me the option opt-out. Not sure why the rental facility required this. Feels very much like a "BAIT and SWITCH" tactic. Did not leave me with a good feeling. I would like to have this $26 amount refunded to me.

SHANIELLE FINNEYThey had no equipment ready, but they had a reservation, and I myself moved fifty miles round and round to another point for the rental of the equipment. They also returned the vehicle 12 hours earlier, but they were charged extra because it was after business hours. I never want to experience this inconvenience and irrationality again and I will never recommend it.

JACQUES JOHNSONThe men in the shop that helped us were great. Helped us work around the uhaul problems. The U-Haul side of it however was more difficult than it needed to be. Couldn't get the website or app to work all day which messed up our move.
Riley HigginbothamThe truck was dirty with it seems some type of motor residue. The first thirty minutes of receiving I cleaned it from top to bottom and sanitized the truck. I'm sure for some it wouldn't matter but for me I was moving my entire home. I initially denied the insurance upon making my reservation online. Once I picked up the vehicle up and left the location and reviewed the paperwork I noticed that the $14 insurance was added to the invoice. Overall the experience was extremely underwhelming and misleading. I've used U-Haul many times before but never been so disappointed I wouldn't recommend anyone ever to this location again.
Demichael crawleyThe Uhaul user interface is terrible and forced me to get my truck almost an hour late by changing it to hand delivery. This location was okay, but I never expect much from a Uhaul pickup. The ridiculous user interface is beyond frustrating though.
